He made sure to check in constantly and provide updates as he worked. He went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right the first time and everything was put back as it was. People like him are the reason I continue to rent from this company.

The building is quiet 98 % of the time, the children use to plah mayb twice a week, now tenants refuse tpo let them go outside. Because the manager yells at them, follows them around and encourages tenants without kids to complain. On top of that .. This building has aserious roach problem. A tenant gave notice this month because of the roaches. The manager is unprofessional, and gossips like a woman. The management company MGR sent threatening letters from their Attorney to househols with kids, so now we are all helping eachother find new homes. This place frequently raises rent but your children cant play outside without being harrassed, and you have to live with roaches. Dont move here i regret this decision everyday.

It started out ok, but it is horrible living in our apartment where grace is the office Manager. Usually people receive notices, I on the other hand received messages, like if i'm being yelled at by my mother and threats of her gathering evidence against me. Do not come here if you have a child with a disability, because she does not verify any noise complaints. She once messaged hey! I'm receiving messages of noise from your way, when it was the apartment in the next bldg infront of us. Told her wrong apt. Maybe you should go out and verify. The times I have complained about noise, I received no response from her until hours later when there was nothing to investigate, So yes this place is BS! We were always planning on leaving when our son reached HS, but Stauffer Middle where my son goes to which is across and down the street, is not worth it, this school has bullys and the school does nothing to the attacker. He is on independent studies and now has his work done through ipad. My son doesn't even feel comfortable going to the pool, which is directly in front of her apt. Because its 2 per household to be at the pool. I had my son and nephew there ONE TIME the first year and she came out like if she was ICE when me and my brother were there to keep an eye on them in the pool, mind you i was showing my brother the complex as well and after that, came out told me i couldn't drink or eat out by the pool yet i was at a table and had a bag with our stuff and we pick up after ourselves, so those rules in itself should stop you if you want an apt with a pool. He's probably swam 2 times in the pool out of 2 yrs here. Yet I witnessed a pool full of children and nothing was done. We are a family of 3, paying a 2 bedroom and all 3 can't be out there to enjoy what we pay for unless its 2 at a time? We live in the back bldg so how can i watch my kid and nephew from back there? It's a joke that they have someone like this as the property Office Manager, I am already waiting for a response from Marco who is her boss to this matter, but felt as a Tenant still living here currently, that you know this before risking coming here to waste your money to deal with a headache like her and a school like Stauffer Middle. After that our account is locked and at first said, Evicted No Access! Like we didn't even get a notice. Also a man showed up to do electrical work banging on the door and I had to tell him no, because we didn't receive a notice and our trust level here is null. I wouldn't recommend here also, because the floors are so uneven our bed in the room leans more on one side then the other making it horrible to sleep and we have a really good bed. The culture of the building definitely changed and I was not about to pay more money to live around people I could pay less to live around in Hawthorne, Ca. The gym has old equipment and old wiring because every time I would use the treadmill the entire power would cut off. My neighbor would sit bags of trash outside their door which would attract a million ants. And they always had their door open and their apartment smelled bad. It's not worth the price and the emergency numbers they have posted for after hours was a pager or something because no one ever answered when I needed to reach someone because people kept parking in my space. I wouldn't recommend living here period

I truly feel safe and secure living here. Our building manager, Ronella, is simply amazing - she's kind, sweet, and always helpful. She really makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of. The group of teens have since returned twice. It's come to light, based on talking with other…read moreresidents, that they have been terrorizing this building for MONTHS. Today alone, these kids were seen having s*x on the rooftop of the building. When we pressed the leasing manager about what they're doing to make our community safe, all she can say is that "they're working on it". She keeps telling us to call the cops, and the cops defer us back to management, telling us that it's ultimately up to them to hire security and install keys so that the building can't be easily accessed. It's been an infuriating and exhausting back and forth. And guess what, not a single email has been sent out warning residents about these incidents. No security has been hired and no locks have been installed in the main entryways. The situation has gotten so bad that current residents are having to ban together to report, record and sometimes even confront these individuals in an attempt get them to stop harassing us and leave the property. Edgeway won't take this situation seriously until (god forbid) something bad happens to one of the residents. Well the message has been loudly heard, Edgeway would rather fill their vacant units than prioritize resident safety.

We have been living here for almost two years and we love it. The manager, Jose, is such a down to…read moreearth guy and that makes it easy to approach him if we ever have any questions or concerns. He's always been quick to send the maintenance crew to get something fixed if needed. I've never had to wait more than three days to get something taken care of. We have a spacious two bedroom apartment with a nice fireplace. The kitchen is rather small but cute and I love that there are only carpets in the bedrooms. We get two parking spaces inside the complex, which is a must have, because finding parking out on Stewart and Gray is a nightmare. There are multiple laundry facilities in the complex as well as two swimming pools that we fully take advantage of during the summer months, and a fitness center. It's also within walking distance to the high school and shops/food. We love this apartment complex, the only negative is that though it's generally quiet, some of the children tend to play and scream really loud right outside of our apartment. But kids will be kids, we can't expect them to be locked up inside. It's a great place to live and we have thoroughly enjoyed it.
