This particular store is amazing, even though I've never been in it. Here's my story: I'm on a 5…read moreday motorcycle trip and on my way to meet my crew from Nashville to Kimball. I should mention I'm from Louisiana. So, on I 24 right before exit 117, I pull over to make a phone call. I turned my engine off, made my phone call, and when I turned the ignition on, I got nothing. No start. I charged the battery the night before (3 year old battery). So I call this particular store and speak to Patrick. I tell him my problem and he looks up my phone number, sees that I have bought that battery from O'Reilly in Louisiana and says he has one in stock. I purchase the battery over the phone and he personally brings it to me on the side of the interstate and helps me replacing it with his own tools. Takes the old battery with him of course. All of this done is about 30 minutes tops and I was back on the road. Amazing young man and awesome O'Reilly store.
