It certainly doesn't help that she's extremely rude, snarky and full of excuses! If you search the store hours, they are still posted as they have always been. That being said, THERE'S NO TELLING HOW MANY OTHERS SHOW UP TO LOCKED DOORS! You can't even be bothered to correct your hours of business online?!?!? This has happened to my husband and me on several occasions, today being one of them! This is the 4th and final time this has happened which is what lead to me leave this review. This doesn't include the many times my husband has shown up to locked doors during business hours. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, completely inconsiderate of customers and such bad business to conduct! These problems were never heard of when Elizabeth and Leanne ran the shop. I'd give your business zero stars if Yelp allowed. I wound up getting three different flavors and they are all AWESOME. I was in the market for a new sub ohm tank. They showed me several different models. I wound up with the FreeMax Fireluke. I absolutely love this tank. After I left, I wanted to try out my new tank but the fill port was stuck and I accidentally dry fired it while messing with it. Totally my fault. Took it back to the store and they were very understanding and gave me a replacement with a new coil. Fantastic service. They truly stand behind their products. This will be my main shop for vape products from now on.
