My brother is out of town and ordered an expensive bouquet for my mother. It was nothing special but flowers actually started drooping and dying within three days. When we complained, they seemed insulted. I guess they don't know what customer service is. I brought the bouquet back in to show them and was called a name. We will never use this florist again not because the bouquet was unhealthy and overpriced but because they have no customer service. The vase was 3/4 full of water and the plants were ALL drying out and dead. Poor quality plants. I was not asking for a refund or a replacement, I was simply trying to make them aware of the lack of quality and was told that I was trying to ruin their day and ordered to leave the store. This business could benefit in customer service training instead of arguing and getting loud with a customer that is not happy with an order that is by far not worth the price paid. Not only was the item not delivered on time, if they are closed on holiday, understandable, so don't have it as an option on the website and send a confirmation email with the date promised to deliver. Extremely dissatisfied and ruined an anniversary gift, only option given to make it right was to pick-up to refund after being met with attitude, did not trust them coming to try to redo the arrangement. Will not be using again, save yourself the waste of money and find any other florist that will not only deliver on-time, as picture but, have professionalism when the customer isn't 100% satisfied. read more

My husband brought home a dozen beautiful lavender roses for our anniversary on a Thursday evening. I trimmed and added the plant food, changed water and still by Sunday they were all drooping and dead. As a previous florist I know to check the base of the flower for firmness which indicates health and age. They were very soft which means they were not fresh/old. When I called to complain, (I don't normally complain about about anything however, I'm sure they cost a fortune), I was told roses are the least "lasting" flower and lasting only 4 days was to be expected. I'm sorry, when properly cared for I've had roses last almost 2 weeks if they are fresh when you get them. Ridiculous amount of money for an inferior product and an attitude to boot when I called. spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Not the same florist since someone else took over! read more

I celebrate my 8th wedding anniversary today and I am hundreds of miles away serving our great Nation. I placed my order online at 3am and it was delivered by 11am. My wife absolutely loves the bouquet I picked out for her. It's very pretty and full of life, I love the option for making a personalized message.the customer service was great, they called me up to make sure everything went well and sounded like they took pride in their work. I recently ordered the "Serene Peony Bouquet" to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. After carefully selecting this beautiful bouquet, I was extremely disappointed to find out upon delivery that it looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand the substitution policy, but it does state that if the flowers required for a particular bouquet are not available they will keep in mind the theme, color, and equivalent types of flowers. What my mother received was none of those things. In fact, it was a sloppy second filled with daisies. Enchanted Florist takes great leeway with their substitution policy. If the bouquet could not be made as advertised, it should not be offered on their website. In the least, they should have called me. I would have gladly specified what I would have liked instead. My brother and his wife were visiting me from Canada. They wanted to thank me for my hospitality with a beautiful arrangement. They thought they would choose a florist in the area where I live. They specifically chose an arrangement "Bromeliad Beauty" which was on the website, but I got nothing close to what was delivered (an Alocasia plant) also $20 - $25 less in value than the Bromeliad Beauty. My sister-in-law was very disappointed, so I decided to contact the store since I live in the area to find out why I received something that was not even close to what was ordered. I called the store and when someone answered I asked who I was speaking to, like I always do when I call a business, so I can have that personal contact and "she" the manager said to me in a snarky tone, well who am I speaking to? Rude and gave every excuse in the book, but would not refund the $20 dollars. She indicated we could bring the plant in and get something else, but I would not even consider that. Why do I have to drive to your establishment to correct what you did. If you read their company policy the say "we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color." If you know what a "Bromeliad Beauty is" and an "Alocasia plant" is, there is no similarity - where is the flower? The manager needs to take a course in common courtesy and respect their customers and not overtalk them. I will NEVER shop here again! LOW INTEGRITY!! Synopsis: I am currently deployed over seas and ordered poinsettias for my wife for the Christmas season. After two days she'd still never received them. She called and they told her "they had called but I didn't answer so they had to cancel the order". That was a lie. I gave my WIFE'S phone number on the order in case there were issues and she obviously never received a call. THEN they backed tracked and said I had given the wrong CC number and some lady in Oregon had been charged who is now fighting the charges. As if I could actually go around entering incorrect CC numbers and codes into websites to order things and the bank would accept it. It's absurd! Also..... another lie. They never checked their online order and are now trying to cover it up and blame it on their customer rather than admit their mistake. Oh by the way, wife never got any flowers...... I was in need of a mother's day gift. The delivery was on time, but the flowers were not what was advertised. So I was quite upset when the delivery came. But instead of screaming at the underpaid delivery boy, I called the store and voiced my complaints. They told me they couldn't give me flowers that looked like what I bought online, but they would give me a $20 gift-card. The flowers cost $80 you backhanded twats. The government could nationalize your shabby little store and burn it to the ground, and it would still have provided me with more satisfaction than the sad excuse for flowers I was delivered. So not only was my mother's day gift ruined (and we found MUCH better flowers for a MUCH better price at a different store), I was scammed out of $80. This business is the definition of a market failure, and should be avoided at all costs. read more

I am writing this review about the Military Road location. I order a bridal bouquet and boutonnière for a small Christmas Eve wedding. I ordered a red rose bouquet. I had a lovely conversation with the woman on the phone and she suggested some seasonal berries and holly. I asked for the stems to be wrapped and she suggested white ribbon as red would be too much with the red roses. When I picked the order up on the 23rd, it was a white-ish bouquet with four red roses stuck in with hydrangeas and mums. I told the lady working that it was not at all what I ordered. I was almost in tears. I told her if I knew I could get a bouquet somewhere else I would. She didn't seem concerned. The boutonnière was nice, though. I don't live nearby, but my parents do. Enchanted Florist was my go-to florist for the past several years, and their bouquets were usually lovely and precisely what I asked for. Recently, however, I have been less satisfied. The most recent bouquet had rusted petals and no fragrant flowers (my only request). The owner Pete is condescending referring to me as "sweetheart" and "darling" when I simply called because my flowers that were sent lovingly from my mother for my birthday were dying within two days of being delivered. He couldn't even find her order and had me have to find the card with his information....business like for sure. He also stated that he will never fill an order for me again. Like I am supposed to know when flowers are being ordered for me! He said I need to call FTD so they don't use him again! Trust me I will, so they also don't use him again. If you want flowers that will last, don't use them. If you want someone who truly believes in the idea of sending flowers and is also business minded, don't use them. I selected and recommended Enchanted Florist for my brother-in-law's funeral. Every floral arrangement purchased through Enchanted Florist was wilting during the afternoon/evening wake. By the morning of the funeral, you were looking at dead flowers. The other florist used was Piccirillos Florist from Niagara Falls. None of their flowers were dying. Outrageously bad service. I bought flowers for my mother with a particular vase that I had picked out. They delivered them in a plain glass vase. When I called to complain they referenced the legalese on the web site that allows for substitutions, with no apology. They never called to let me know and possibly change my mind, even though I had ordered on a Friday for the coming Sunday. The response was "We ran out of that vase. I had over 500 orders. Placed an order for my mother who passed away. Asked for 7 white longed stemmed roses in water tubes and one long stemmed red rose in water tube. White roses were to be put in a vase with baby's breath and greens with ribbon / red rose to have ribbon. Flowers delivered to church with all white roses single wrapped with bowed ribbons. Red rose came as a sweetheart spray with ribbon and in a vase. Both vases had water in them and no water tubes. Now mind you I paid $150 for this order and could not really understand why so much. Called florist to complain. He pulled order, to which I never received a copy. I told him none of the roses had water tubes like I had asked. He said he didn't see the need for water tubes and put water in vase. I told him there were to be passed out to the children of the deceased. He said normally, when you pass out a rose, the person takes it and puts it in water and did not feel they needed water tubes. I told him the red rose was to be along stemmed red rose and a "spray" came, again without a water tube. (That little spray with little red unopened buds was no where near worth $15.) He said the order showed a sweetheart spray. I tried telling him again the order was not what I had ordered and he said there apparently was a miscommunication and he did what he felt I asked for. I asked him why the final total was $150 and he said the roses were all considered presentation roses and that's why the final total was so much. He kept repeating there was a miscommunication. I know what I ordered, a friend of mine was with me when I ordered and heard what I ordered, but he insists there was a miscommunication. NOT ON MY END there wasn't. I know what I wanted and specifically said what I wanted. I will NEVER do business with them again. Lesson learned. read more
