His familiarity with Harvard's campus helped us capture photos at several meaningful locations while making the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. The photos were outstanding, the pricing was fair and straightforward, and we received an incredible collection of memories from a very special milestone. Most importantly, Mark focused on creating a great experience, not just taking pictures. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for graduation or family photography in the Boston/Cambridge area.

My workplace recently hired a different photographer to take office headshots and I absolutely hate the photo that they are making me use on our website. I dislike being photographed, but Glenn was gracious and patient and did his best to put me at ease. He took reams of shots, reviewed them with me, and let me take my time winnowing the choices down to two that would work for what I needed. He also made prints -- not one of his usual services -- to the exact measurements required. It was a relief to find someone so experienced, professional, and personable to help me with a task I'd been dreading. I recommend him highly.

I decided to try this self-capture studio after seeing an Instagram ad where an influencer had a…read moregreat experience and showed how helpful the staff was. That wasn't my experience at all. When I got there, no one really explained how anything worked. In the video I saw, they showed her how to connect to Bluetooth so she could play music, which is something I think most people would want, but no one told me that. I only found out later after asking. I originally booked the full-body room, but the camera angle was really unflattering. I'm tall, and it honestly felt like the setup was meant for someone much shorter. They tried adjusting the camera a bit, but it didn't help. When they came back in, I asked about music and they gave me the WiFi info then. The frustrating part is that the time they spent helping me with the camera and music was taken out of my session time. After that, they told me I only had a few minutes left, which didn't feel fair since those were things they should've explained at the start. I ended up switching to a headshot room because I was so unhappy with the full-body photos. The angle was better, but the colors in the photos looked really off. My nude lipstick and pink blush both came out looking orange and my skin toned pink and strange. There wasn't any option to adjust lighting or edit anything, so I was stuck with it. I think the idea of this place is great, but it definitely needs improvement.

We received a recommendation for Chad Priest from our caterer (they worked together in the past)…read more We met with him at a tasting event and immediately had a great vibe from him that he has the right personality to "host" our wedding. He was really easy to get a hold of, made great suggestions for wedding day timeline, and worked really well with the other vendors at our wedding (all booked independently). This guy is calm, cool and collected. No cheesiness DJ here. He helped to direct the show on day of and all music was timed perfectly from our ceremony (pretty far on from the reception at our venue) and making sure that we stayed on track throughout the night. He stuck to his promise and didn't play any requests on my "no" list: no chicken dance, line dancing or Boys 2 Men. I had several friends approach me just to comment on him that he was so much fun. We spoke the week before the wedding and he was very consultative with feeling out the guests/crowd. He offered to put together some games or more activities to keep everyone entertained if needed. No need though because the dancing never stopped. Music was great! The price was right in our budget too. I would totally recommend him for weddings!
