Backstory: My family and I planned a trip last summer to Vietnam and we needed to get our visas. We initially went to Universal Travel on 47th Ave. One of the agents that helped us told us that it would be $125 for a one month visa for Vietnam. My fiancé was skeptical because he said that it shouldn't be that expensive. While we were filling everything out, my fiancé called and asked her how much she usually pays for visas and she said that we were getting ripped off. Once we found out, we left and called around different agencies. We remembered there was a travel agency in the same plaza as Firehouse, where we eat occasionally, and decided to check it out. We went in and the couple were very welcoming and helpful. They only charge $80 for a one month visa! That's a $45 difference compared to the other place. I also went back there today for a one year visa which costs $215. Super cheap. Definitely go to Pacific Travel & Tours for your visas! P.S. Visas usually take about a week.

From the second we were introduced, he made himself completely available to us, and our many inquires. He asked thoughtful questions to find out our "musts" and "must nots" and "dream/wish list" items during a vacation (in this case, our honeymoon) and gave us multiple unbelievable options - in multiple price ranges. In the end, he found us the most fantastic deal on a brand new all inclusive resort that not only hit every one of our "musts", it even included a bunch of our wish list & dream items we never thought an all inclusive could have! The icing on the cake? a steal of a price! He also coordinated items we never would have thought to ask about - all of our transfers, excursions, he's even helping connect us with the concierge at the hotel in advance to set up special "us" moments during the trip. He even made sure to book our flights in an upgradable fare class so we can be in first class for our flights!
