The environment was anxiety producing. A lady was sitting at the front table getting a manicure with her speaker phone blaring a call. The pedicure next to mine had a technician or maybe even the owner on her VERY loud speakerphone in another language (I actually love other languages just not blaring next to me during a pedicure when there is a back room that can accommodate her). I paid for a pricey pedicure and got a rushed job. I did not receive everything that was supposed to be offered and only received a short soak, a poorly executed sugar scrub, a hot towel over my feet and rude service to top it all off. I went on a Tuesday early afternoon. It was not busy in there at all. The least that could be done was what was offered on the menu for my pedicure. My feet still had dead skin and my nails were not shaped/filed and I was left with dry skin because they didn't add any lotion after the hot towel. The whole process was about 12mins long. I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I was kind to them, but they were rude to me. I just don't understand why you'd open a business and not provide a good service of what you offer. I do not recommend the pedicure from this establishment. read more

I made an appointment and it was going great until the lady forgot to put dip in 4-5 spots and then I asked for the gel top coat and there was just spots on each nail where there was no dip color on it. read more

Pictures speak for themselves. First two are the day after my fill. I went back in the next day and picture #3 and #4 are the fixed nails. Do not recommend. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never had this poor of quality done. read more

Look I'm a visitor on vacation. Came to get my nails done. I asked for dip nails on my natural nails. Everything is fine she tried really hard and I really want to like them and I do except 1) they are extremely thick and 2 my nails have cuts all around the nails that are extremely painful. She has managed to cut every finger except two. So while the nails are ok. The rest is just rough. Nice person did a great pedicure but the rest is a big fat no. read more

One technician took a chunk out of my daughter's toe and my technician made me scream three times before she got serious about not hurting me! They have no idea what they're doing and have no business touching toes with sharp objects! read more

I just moved to Branson and was having a hard time finding a good nail salon. Well look no more! Jenny did my nails and I didn't catch the girls name that did my pedicure, but they were both excellent! From what I could tell, all of the nail techs here know what they're doing. The salon has a nice vibe and the prices are competitive. I highly recommend and am glad I've already booked my return appointment! read more

I think the place was good, but I was not treated as a valued customer by Tina or anyone for that matter!! I was charged 75.00 for my nails that lasted 5 days they popped off I've never had a set of nails do that before in the years I've got my nails done. she couldn't get my tlips on at straight on my pointer fingers so i had let her know it wasn't straight it had made her mad so she proceeded to squeeze my fingers while finishing my nails I will never go back to this nail salon! First the good news. Nice on the phone. Nice in person. I haven't splurged in 5 yrs for a pedicure so really looking forward to it. He quickly filed my toenails square (ugh) and when I got home found out they weren't smooth. Still lots of dead skin on my heels and stuff under my toenails. But really worst part is no fan, no quick dry spray, no quick dry lights. So even in sandals still had polish damage to two toenails. I don't know what Janet B. is talking about from 3 yrs ago because they were done with me in less than an hour. Sorry I spent $35. read more

Worst place I have EVER gotten my nails done! I went in for a fill and gel polish. Previous reviews were mixed but I thought I'd try anyway. I had a simple picture of what I wanted but he said he couldn't do flowers. Ok I thought....how about a French with polka dots? Yes he said he could do that. Well.....wrong.....application of the acrylic was sloppy and polish was worse. My nails literally started to pop off easily if I scratched my arm, leg, whatever. I had them done less than a week ago today, and nails are all off. If you're on the fence about going here.....don't do it!! Waste of money and time! I live locally and tried this place once before. Yesterday I had a scheduled pedicure and gel manicure. Was not greeted when I walked in, sat down in the spa chair for pedicure and literally before I knew it, he was done with the pedicure. The gel manicure was completely rushed like he couldn't get me out fast enough (didn't complete all steps). There was a spot on my big toe I noticed, looked like the paint separated so I asked if he could repaint. After I got some attitude he did then said hope it lasts and pushed me out the door. Later that night one of my nails completely chipped off! The very next day, 4 nails came off. Paid $66 + tip for NOTHING! read more

the person that did my nails was very nice and great at doing nails, but they are very inconsiderate and the daughter of a women that worked there (probably 15 or so) and a younger man (he also cussed) were yelling the whole time and messing around while my mom and i were trying to relax and enjoy our time getting our nails done.
