I don't know…read morewho's making these fake 5 star reviews for Sue, but every 1 star rated review regarding this rogue terrible company is accurate. She also sent a plumber to my hone which I didn't request and charged me $500 for a water issue that she has failed to address for YEARS. I have had 3 total water incidents in my home which were their fault. They attach bills to your HOA fees and try to place liens and fees on your property to line their pockets. I have sooooo much to say but I can't just yet. It's coming. Just search Lakeview Management and click on the first State of Florida link you see and you will see who the owner of this company happens to be. Sad part is she manages many communities. It seems she doesn't care about SUBPAR services. If it gets answered,an electronic answering service picks up that plays rave music with no message. If the mailbox is not full, you can leave a message that will NEVER be replied to. The only time they appear is during change of ownership. That's when they come up with violations and nice big hefty estimates for them to correct them. They sent an estimate for $3500 to paint a railing and touch up a couple of walls. I took care of it for under $700. They knit pick to try to make a buck. Back to their unprofessionalism, I was finally able to get a human to answer the phone!! All I got were excuses as to why I couldn't get my clearance letter. Apparently the inspector was sick, sorry for him, but they have zero back up plan. I tried to speak to the person in charge of the property, Sue., I was placed on hold for almost two hours. My phone died. This lady Sue couldn't possibly be so busy that she can't pick up the phone for 1 minute. Extremely unprofessional and immature on her part. If you can't handle your job go do something else. They are not people persons. One thing they a wonderful at is setting obstacles and excuses instead of handling their job. Highway robbery. I advise any association using them or considering them to, definitely look elsewhere. They are horrible.

I had no late payment issues with the four previous property management companies. However, since Allied Property Management took over, I've been charged late fees on three occasions in 2023 and twice in 2024. When I provided bank confirmation showing checks were delivered by the 27th of the month, Zindi Rios from Allied claimed the checks were late because they weren't cashed by the end of the month. After I presented the payment coupon, which clearly states late fees are applied if payments are not received by the 30th, she changed her explanation and insisted that Allied hadn't received the checks by the end of the month. To resolve the issue, my bank contacted Allied to verify the status of the checks. However, Zindi Rios falsely claimed no late fee was assessed, leading to the denial of my reimbursement request. This misrepresentation is concerning. After reviewing the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, I discovered Allied has 10 complaints filed against them, with seven related to payment issues. This pattern reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability, raising concerns about the company's practices.

Giovanna and her team are by far the best I have ever had. I wanted to sell one of my investment properties in Kendall. I Googled agents in the neighborhood and came across reviews about Giovanna (my agents in Fort Lauderdale will not drive to Kendall to show a condo). She was quick to respond, sent me comps and a seller net sheet, communicated with my tenant, did the walk through with my tenant, took beautiful photos of the condo, sent me buyers' offers, recommended an amazing title company, coordinated showings, communicated with my horrible association folks (Thank God and good riddance) and all of this while I was lying on a beach in Greece!!! To top it off, I asked her if I wanted to sell a condo in Hallandale, would she drive up to show it and she said "Of course!". I have yet to meet Giovanna because this smooth sale was all via email, telephone and remote notary.

She laid out a great plan for getting our home sold and set realistic and honest expectations. Thanks to her expertise our home was under contract in 2 weeks in this uncertain climate. She was just as amazing when it came time to helping us find our forever home. Any questions we had were answered immediately and all of the vendors she recommended were top notch. We'll definitely be recommending her to anyone that we know that's in need of a realtor:)
