After a very stressful time of having to be towed to other nearby auto shops that closed down due to Labor Day, I tried a tire shop that my Airbnb guest recommended. He told me that the owner, Tony, is a mechanic as well. Tony was my last hope of getting out of Yucca Valley to get home and he went above and beyond to help my car get back on the road! He knows his stuff and made it easy to know what services were needed and why. He added coolant and oil to my car and changed a hose that was very inflated and gave me a reasonable price. His wife who works in the office was so nice to us and made sure we were hydrated by giving us water! Without Tony I would be stuck in Yucca Valley and I'm grateful he helped me out!

They quickly found a nail in my sidewall (definitely not what I wanted to hear!). Because of the holiday, they wouldn't normally have been able to get a replacement tire until Monday. Instead, their repair technician offered to come in on his day off so I could have a new tire the very next day and stay on schedule for our move. To top it off, the tire was covered under warranty, so I only paid $25. Their honesty, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is rare these days.
