If I could give the clinic zero stars, I definitely would…read more I was billed for services I absolutely did not receive. That alone is what led me to speak up. From there, I encountered other serious concerns including how my care was handled, how questions were received, and how referrals were managed. When I started advocating for myself, I was met with resistance instead of support and was eventually cut off from care with no formal explanation or help transitioning elsewhere. I also found both Dr. Meghan Dillman and Richard Dillman to be unprofessional in their communication and conduct. As a patient, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and at times pressured in ways that did not feel appropriate for a healthcare setting. From what I observed, the clinic appears to be shifting away from full-scope family-focused care and leaning more into elective out-of-pocket cosmetic procedures. If you are looking for a genuine family-centered clinic that prioritizes long-term care and patient trust, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I am sharing this so others can make informed decisions and feel confident advocating for themselves.

I have never been to a medical network like the Mayo Clinic. This place is absolutely massive, and…read moreI was not disappointed in the care I received here. I first visited to discuss a surgical procedure for my facial nerve. Even with me traveling here from across the country, everything was a well orchestrated symphony. The electronic check in systems gave me exactly what I needed to know, and told me precisely where to go. When I arrived, they even told me where I needed to sit for when I'd be called back. The care team took their time with me and I had all my questions answered and we agreed on next steps. They even got me in, same day, to talk to a physical therapist, since I was from out of town.

What I will describe to you is the phone system, the RN or MD calls you, and leaves a VM with the phone number to call back. Alas, you cannot call the number that is provided. I have a heart procedure scheduled, and you would think proper care would involve the hospital providing the patient with an important phone number to call in the VM. Of course, perhaps I am not an international patient who pays cash?? This practice should stop, full stop. I was told by a kind receptionist that the nurse ( who called 4 times within 10 minutes while I was teaching) leaving an accurate phone number to call back, was possibly a HIPA violation. What is going on here? This is ridiculous! Is leaving the correct number a HIPA violation, I think not. If so, how about a modern variation TEXT me the proper information, that is used with many Mayo correspondence. The app doesn't help, when responding to the updated time that was described in the VM. I believe I am not the only person experiencing this problem. Too big to fail ? Maybe

On 1/12/2026 at 6:45am I was supposed to have a doctor appointment with Anthony James Christnovich…read more This was supposed to be a Neurology appointment. To my surprise after driving around for well over 45 minutes not finding this supposed building assuming it clearly doesn't exist. I had even stopped into woodwinds hospital just to be told that I need to drive around to the other side of the building. Because the "renta cops" there could not help me. They refuse to walk me to neurology. Needless to say, I never found this "1875 Woodwinds" address. It CLEARLY doesn't exist! This appointment was made 5 months ago. I'd like to know why the hell I was never notified that this building / address is not in existence! I better NOT be getting charged for this appointment either - because that won't be getting paid! Unprofessionalism is completely ridiculous! (even stopping inside SEVERAL nearby businesses, asking for directions) So apparently I just have to continue living in pain and agony with my feet. Feeling like I'm always walking on hot broken glass, puffiness, redness, hotness and falling and being off balance constantly. Oftentimes I even have to walk and use a cane to stabilize myself enough to balance to even try to walk. So apparently I just have to live with all of this pain because there is no doctor that is able to correct this or help me.

The pharmacy would not give me an inhaler because the doctor did not fill out the order correctly. I have called Fairview twice in the week since my appointment and they said they can see my first call was marked for the doctor to get to right away but he did not get to it. How much work should I have to put in to calling the pharmacy and the doctor to communicate their miscommunication? What if I need my inhaler before I get it?

If you live in the Lakeville, Eagan or Burnsville area and are looking for the best primary doctor…read moreyou can find, Dr. Thadepalli is as good as it gets. Until this past year, I've enjoyed good health, but suddenly suffered a myriad of symptoms that I saw two primary care doctors, both of whom left their practices, leaving me undiagnosed. I had so many symptoms that came on so suddenly, I was unable to work for the first time in my life and I dreaded going to yet another doctor. I feared I'd be mistaken for a hypochondriac or worse, but Dr. Thadepalli listened to me and asked questions as I talked, almost as if he'd been reading my (non-existent) diary. Dr. Thadepalli quickly diagnosed me, making me comfortable that the treatment plan he prescribed would address my health issues step by step until I was back to my old self. He had me see some wonderful specialists, knowing just who to send me for compassionate, expert care. Dr. Thadepalli made me feel that he would not be satisfied until I was not just better, but thriving. He took his time with me, listened carefully, demonstrated a high level of expertise and went to bat for me twice: once with my health insurance regarding medication coverage and the second time, with my short-term disability carrier, without my even asking. I know for a fact that he worked late into the evening on a couple of occasions to tirelessly advocate for me, which I am eternally grateful for. Now, I am almost back to my former self and just wanted to advocate for him. Thanks to Dr. Thadepalli, I didn't lose my job and my husband has his wife back and our children have the old me back again. Dr. Thadepalli, I know how hard you've worked for me and know that you bring dedication and championship to patients when it just seems too much to go on. I want you to know how much I appreciate it these several months later. My husband, son Jon and I will all be seeing you this new year for all of our health care needs. Thank you for all of your advocacy and championship and for believing things would get better at a time I'd lost hope. You are a treasure.
