Wow! Where to begin? My daughter bought me a gift card for Mother's Day from Blue Sage. At the time…read moreof purchase, the gal in the spa carefully went over all the different kinds of massage they offered,services, etc. I tried for over 3 months to book an appt. here, was told their own massage therapist "was really sick", um...ok, probably don't want a massage from her. Tried to book a pedicure. Called, no one answered, left messages, tried to book online at their website, didn't work. Despite their posted OPEN hours, they are seldom there. Once a girlfriend and I went into the open store, someone seemed to be going out the back...we waited ten minutes, she never came back in! Finally in desperation I leave a message on their Facebook page, someone private messages me back on Facebook from Blue Sage and offers to set up a massage appt at 1 pm on Wednesday.I request a hot stone massage, as listed online and in their brochure. She says the massage gal "doesn't have any stones". Um, ok. She says the massage therapist will call me next day to "firm up" the appt. She never does. Go there at 1 anyhow.I know these folks are no good at communication so figure maybe I still have the appt. despite no call back. Its open and a woman is cutting hair. She finishes up her appt. after telling me to have a chair and then leaves the room, leaving me alone in the lobby. Ten minutes later she reappears, says she can't find my appt. I go through the whole story. She says she doesn't know who private messaged me through Facebook through their page because all their workers have access to do so. Says the massage person is just a fill in and "she's hard to get cuz she has 4 kids". Um, ok. I tell her I will take out the hundred bucks in product of which they have precious little. For being one of the owners, she seems very un-informed on the products. Has no idea how much they cost and has to look everything up online. I leave with some volumizer, two bottles of uber spendy shampoo (one of which I realized was only 3/4 full when I got home) and some essential oil towelettes. Totally disorganized. No communication between staff, and worse yet, no communication with clients. How does this place stay open? Horrible horrible experience.

He will give you clear explanations on how to maximize your spinal health without pushing unnecessary treatments. He is always very professional and ensures that each spinal adjustment is done with care. He never rushes through an adjustment! At other chiropractic places, if I really needed an adjustment, I would have to wait over a week to get in! Not with Pete! I appreciate the fact that I NEVER have to make an appointment! After my first visit I could walk into his office during his hours and get adjusted. This was great for me since my schedule gets a little crazy and I can't always schedule my adjustments. It's so great I can walk in when I need it and Pete will be ready within a few minutes. Another great thing is that Petes is also super affordable and has a great membership program and student program! My previous chiropractor would charge me $65 in copay for my insurance per visit and then almost another $30 dollars after my insurance went through. Then they tried to tell me it was "saving me money." At Pete's since I am a student, I get a really affordable rate that fits with my budget! Once I graduate in May, I still plan on going to Pete's because he will still be the most knowledgeable, most professional, and most affordable affordable option. If what I have already written doesn't convince you, I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go see Pete each time I need an adjustment. That is how awesome Pete's Chiropractic is!
