They show every movement and modify when needed for each athlete that shows up. The times for classes work great whether your early morning, midday or evening. Our son loves the teenage classes. They keep the kids classes, fun and engaging while teaching fundamental skills for lifting and movement. This truly feels like so much more than a gym, It's a family that cheers you on and picks you up when you are struggling. I'm so happy I found this and have a place to call home for the next few years.

I absolutely LOVE the functional and corrective training methods that are designed to have my body function at its peak performance. I initially started training with her because I struggled with my weight and accountability. When I was on, I was on, but when I was off, I was off. Having a trainer has helped me stay consistent with my health and fitness in a way I could not do on my own. I stay training with her because I know her number one priority is my health and overall fitness. She always knows what my body needs, and I fully entrust her to do her job. It is a breath of fresh air not to have to think about what I need to do in the two hours per week I spend with her. My body has never felt better, and my quality of life consistently improves week over week, month over month, and year over year. I highly recommend it, whether you are trying to improve your health or have specific fitness goals to reach. I will be a client for life!

At this point, I was scared I would never be able to run or do high intensity work outs again. Luckily, a friend recommended me to George. We did all of our sessions over FaceTime video. Within 2 months, the pain had completely gone away. 2 months after that, George had me back at training. What was most impressive about George is that, I thought I only had an issue with my achilles, but he uncovered that I had imbalances in my hips, back, and shoulder. Now that I am back in training, I move SO much more fluid and am much stronger than I was previously. I was so impressed with my results that I have referred nearly 5 of my friends to George already and they all are having amazing results. George is truly a secret weapon. If you are facing any kind of serious injury or you want to take your performance to the next level, George is your guy.

Christina is incredibly knowledgable, attentive and fun. She tailors the training to my specific body needs and issues, taking extra care not to stress out the parts of my body that cause back pain. Her approach has been correcting my muscle movement and training them to perform properly so I can build strength in a safe way. She also gives me the background knowledge about how and why the body reacts the way it does. I love that I get both the mental and physical angles. I have worked with many trainers in the past, and to date I feel the best about Christina and her extensive knowledge about the body. I am 100% confident in her coaching and I'm soooooo incredibly glad I found her!

It's run by Chris Hoppe (a Regionals athlete) and his mother Beth Hoppe (a Masters Games athlete), who goes by the nickname "Ma." Both of them are excellent coaches--technically knowledgeable, enthusiastic, encouraging-- and extremely nice people. They certainly couldn't have been more welcoming to me and, along with the members I met, made me feel at home. The schedule at PFC works differently than at most boxes: you drop by whenever you want, do the specified warm-up and mobility work, and then, depending on how many people are there, the on-duty coach either leads you or a group through the WOD. It might take a little getting used to for some, but I found the ability to come whenever worked for me a luxury, and I found that it still fostered the sense of community that sets CrossFit apart. Plus, the program design is intelligent and varied, with a good mix of old-fashioned beat-downs, lifting, and "recovery," all preceded by mobility work. I'm flying back to NYC tonight, but first I'm heading to the box for a brutal looking WOD--15 minute AMRAP of pull-ups, kettlebell snatches, and double unders--to send me on my way. The highest recommendation that I can give Progressive Fitness CrossFit is that I will miss it when I'm home.

I had lost a great deal of muscle mass due to age, my sedentary job and nerve damage due to collapsed vertebra. Pro Fit was exactly what I needed to advance my recovery. I have been to several big box gyms, and they are more interested in securing memberships and collecting dues. Veronica is focused on you and your needs and even in her group sessions- she pays attention to each individual. She works you hard and she helps you achieve your goals. This is not a muscle house , it is a small fitness facility that is very customer friendly environment. I recommend that you look at Pro fit BEFORE you pay lots of money to be one of many in a Big Box Gym with machines that are not the best for improving your strength and your conditioning.
