They did let me know they were having some technical difficulties which I understand but if you say you're going to call me as a professional then you should. If you are going to pay someone $300 an hour why am I having to track them down? I am repeatedly told they will get back to me and they don't. Since October I have literally gotten no where and now I have to start over again. We have to make decisions by the end of year and it's now mid November. I'm a very easy going person and understand that things happen but this is just plain ridiculous.
