Online customer support is terrible! Most of the time they don't answer the phone during business hours and they don't call back when I leave a message. Ive emailed them and its the only way of communicating but even emails take a long time to reply back. Very frustrating. As well return shipping from Edmonton - Quebec through Canada post for a small package was $17 which was taken from my return refund amount. They wont send me a Canada Post shipping notification to prove the shipping fee. I need the document to receive the reimbursement from paypal for the shipping charge. Wow, honestly their service was already pretty good prior to going to the store, but when I got there, it was even better than I expected. Let me elaborate. I had called about 5 minutes from closing and the employee who answered the phone took the extra time to check something for me even though I had said it wasnt necessary. Then, the next day, in stores, the guy dealing with snowboard gear and repairs took at least a good 20 minutes of his time to help me fix an issue and when I asked where I had to go to pay for the replacement parts, the guy tells me there's no charge (mind you it was the first time I ever went to the store; I'm not a returning customer). I was orignally told on the phone the replacement parts would cost 20$ which I would have gladly paid otherwise. I specifically made a yelp account, so that I could leave this review. My experience at their shop was absolutely positive. 10/10 would go again. read more

Online customer service was very disappointing. I ordered a complete skateboard from their website. The deck of the board arrived a different colour than the one in the online picture. When I emailed them, they said that in the description is stated that the board may come in various colours. On the surface I have no reason to be upset - as it is on me that I didn't read the fine print correctly - but it is the way they presented this information that left a sour taste in my mouth. In their email, no "sorry" was used - rather curt phrases with the final line being "note that you are unable to return any board that has been taken out of the package". They seemed uninterested in talking to me after they received the money. read more
