Louis is very friendly, pleasant, professional....to sum it up he's Awesome!!

Not only did State Farm Insurance offer the car and home insurance at $1000 less than Amica's bid, but our State Farm agent, Loren Lightfoot, was on top of every detail and the last minute revisions that were necessary. One time I was able to get his secretary on the phone and she said Mr. NeverThere "wanted to talk to me about my plan" I told her that he can call me and we can chat. She said "No. You have to make an appointment with him. Then come to his office, he is too busy to talk to people on the phone"...so we never talked. As of two months ago he increased my monthly rate by $50 for no reason. He also sent me paperwork regarding how and why I should leave StateFarm if I don't agree to the price increase. When I contacted Statefarm directly they said he put in the price increase with no details and they too were very confused as to why he did that. I was told I needed to sort it out with Mr. NeverThere. So I canceled, and switched to Progressive and I pay less for better coverage. I been with Progressive for 2 months now. He just sent me a bill. Mr. NeverThere seems like a rare ghost type pokemon with high evade points. His main attack is *the avoid work shuffle*, his special attack is *random price increase* and on full moon nights he has a *lure to office* buff. I'll give him +1 start because every time I see his photo it makes me giggle, he looks like a pokemon.

I had auto & homeowners insurance with Erie through them. Then came time for a claim on my homeowner policy for accidental water from my upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the lower level of my home in the living room. I called my agent who said no worries we will take care of the restoration. I Asked Is my insurance going to go up or cancel as I was afraid to make a claim. Her response was not at all enjoy your home that's what it's (insurance) for! **Ha ha what a crock!! So I did follow her advice but little did I know the problem was not the bathroom, it was my main drain pipe all along! So after two accidental water claims came the big one the main drain pipe in the wall had a crack in it causing a 10ft crack which had to get Replaced again my insurance agent Fran McKenzie who is at the Frankfort Ave location advised me to go ahead and file a claim again saying "that's what you have insurance for! "Then guess what happened shortly thereafter? They cancelled my policy!!! You know why because I had three claims within a year. All of which for accidental water all because of the crack in the sewer line! Why tell your customer who gave you tons of customers/ $$$ to do something that she knew would get your policy cancelled- now I cannot get another insurance policy because when they ask about the claims I get shot down I cannot cover my home now for two years because of these idiots!!!! PLEASE DON'T EVER GO TO ANY PREZEL AGENCY AS I GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES WITH THEM! If I hadn't given them the new business early on it would've happened much sooner! I think they did it when I stopped referring them to my customers. However I have another insurance agent who is honest & caring and really goes all out to get my customers the best deal in insurance for your auto & home! His name is Kevin 610-586-8600, tell him Tonya Johns @ Reedman Toll Nissan of Drexel Hill sent you and I promise you will be impressed with him! He will even give you a $25 Wawa gift card if he can't save you money - only when you give him my info as the referral!!! He is very honest which is the only reason he is my go to, he is like me. I love my customers and give them my all- never passing off a problem or given them bad information that would harm them. I have a higher power watching over me and my conscious will not allow me to deceive people like the PREZEL Agency does!
