Ms. Taylor NEVER EVER responds to phone calls or emails, and then outright lies about it. (We have solid proof of her lies). Their fees are outrageous. Melissa is disgraceful to deal with. To make matters worse, Melissa is also an attorney. She literally couldn't care less about her responsibilities to clients. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! Regardless of ANY responses to this review, I have 100% documentation to back up everything in this post!!! Melissa is completely LAZY and dropped the ball for MONTHS, REFUSED to respond to emails and phone calls, AND completely lied to us about disbursements. It is like pulling teeth to get this company to respond or comply with their commitments. Seriously, STAY AWAY!!!!!
