They offered to keep me as a client as long as I paid $179 per month I could not as like we all are living paycheck to paycheck. I could not afford that as I had paid them around $4000 to help me.

Over the past few years I've gotten to know Shana and her team. By them always caring and answering questions or any concerns I have. in the last few months, I wound up in and out of the hospital with some major symptoms. I thought I may want to take a look at my budget and was inquiring about terminating my contract with the CreditShrink. Shana answered personally asking if I was OK and if I was still in the hospital and if there's anything she could do she would do that. I thought to myself that's a personal touch that you just don't experience anymore from a company. Not only that, but she took the time to give me a snapshot of my credit and how all three bureaus have improved. She has been able to remove hundreds of negative items thousands of dollars in balances and changing my score in the opposite direction of moving up rather than going down. When I returned home from church earlier today, there was a delivery box from Amazon. I brought it in and opened it up and it was a loving care package (new to me) so I opened it up and there was a note in it read: DearBrendan the CreditShrink family cares about your well-being. We pray to God for your healing and that a miracle will wrap you up and comfort and relieve you of all your suffering. You deserve the best. With love, Shana and CreditShrink fam: Alfie, JASON, and Rusly, signed - Shana. I open the box inside was grandma's homemade chicken soup with servings for a family. Grandma's famous rolls, and cookies. it even came with a silver ladle and a little gold bell to ring. I thought that was it, and then there was another level, which had a rabbit fur chamomile. Heating pad and the softest blanket called. This is bliss in a blanket, snuggle up! Whoever reads this be the judge. Shana and CreditShrink not only care but they show and take action on a personal level for their clients. I am fortunate enough to be one of them. Brendan Laughlin.

I have needed reminders between meetings in order to carry out the goals I set and he has provided those reminders, offering help and encouragement, as needed. I have felt immediate relief with daily cash flow management as he has helped me to implement new strategies. And we are actually moving toward our long-term goals for retirement because he is helping us take action now. He really knows what he's doing! We have been meeting with Spencer at least every 6 weeks for the past 6 months. We live in IL, so our meetings are online. We have an old computer and Spencer searched for a program that was compatible with our computer, so that we would have the convenience of frequent, online meetings. He sends us the meeting notes immediately following the meeting, highlighting the "to do" list for us and the things he will do before our next meeting. He coordinates with an accountant and an attorney. We have our own attorney, so we haven't used that service, but we were thrilled to use his accountant, Dustyn Johnson. I highly recommend Alldredge Fee-Only Wealth Management.

In our case, the best solution for a particular Medicare plan was with a provider for which she is not even a designated broker (meaning NO COMMISSION FOR HER), but she didn't bat an eye in steering us to that company because it offered the best (and most economical) plan for us. Dan listened patiently and assured me he would return with options. I selected an HMO Advantage Plan he found that all my doctor's participated in. I can honestly say that, at this point in 2026, my drugs went from $400/month to $94/month with no additional premium. My monthly premiums went from $427 to $0 and I got a very small rebate on my Medicare premium. I have already received a $60 Quarterly credit for OTC medical costs and, due to an additional benefit for dental, I received a fluoride treatment for free and a reduction to my primary dental plan that qualified me to pay $315 for 2 new crowns in April! Yes, I paid $195 deductible for a hospital procedure and a $20 copay for the specialist, but the hospital costs were over $100,000. While I am college educated with advanced degrees and technologically competent, I recognize that it was Dan's experience and knowledge that put this personalized plan together for me. I could not navigate today's Medicare complexities without Dan. It is a maze of details that aren't for the faint of heart. I didn't have to because someone referred me. I hope I can help you by writing this recommendation to use Roman Brokers.
