They were supposed to build me 100k in business credit and loans. I use to build corporate credit years ago so I am familiar with how it works. However I have another business I am running and trusted these people to do what they said they would do. No corporate credit was built yet they were trying to get loans. They kept setting meetings but having to reschedule and when we did meet they kept saying the same thing they had been saying in the previous meetings about working on it. They used their illness to pass time of not doing what they were supposed to do, and trying to manipulate our feelings because their were unprofessional and not consistent. These people are a scam. They took my 10,000.00 proudly taking food out of my family's mouth!!!! scammers. It's unfortunate. If you have a lot of time to waste then this company may be good for you. They make it appear like…read morethey have all these great services, & online tools etc and yet fail miserably short when it comes to customer service & technical support! I have spent more than an 1-1/4 hours trying to get technical support to assist with some minor changes i did not know how to make. After many transfers, talking with people who were "willing" but lasked the skiil and wanted to just try and muddle through trying to figure it out. (BIG waste of my valuable time) What i expect and pay for is to work with a company with knowledgable people to make this process, easy, efficient, and accurate. If you are looking for this then be careful. I had also worked with their Insurance arm which touts itself as one big Paychex familty-NOT After one year and many things not being done as we requested we went somewhere else and are pleased with did. As a business owner my time is too valuable to deal with this stuff. On an upside note the Client Services Payroll specialist was very good.

As a small business this is a waste of time and resources. (They act as if running payroll is a favor) There phone system is a joke you are assigned a "payroll specialist" that holds the keys to your account that you will NEVER hear back from. All calls route to their voicemail unless you manipulate the call directory to talk with a representative that can help. After solving issues with system and representative if you get through to someone the issue you "fixed" is fixed that one time and not updated or changed permanently I will state that after you do get a repersenative on the line the staff is nice and accommodating and wants to help but in most cases cannot. They are just not equipped with the right tools to do their job. The company structure is awful making the entire experiance horrible.
