The property owner had left all kinds of trash and property and this was only removed after we checked the Washington landlord tenants laws and could quote , the violation. Part of our deposit was kept for something for which we weren't responsible. This house is on Dutch Dr and if you're considering renting from this company DM me for all the problems, any infestation, poorly balanced HVAC, uneven floors, etc.

I've had a housekeeper for over a year and gave her the list of cleaning they expected. I asked to do a walk through after moving out, which they refused to do. My housekeeper did an exemplary cleaning job and yet they allegedly had to hire Clean by Carly to come in and clean. A 875 Sq ft one bedroom house that was empty and clean allegedly took 6 hours at $40 an hour to clean! Not a chance it took that long. My housekeeper is willing to testify in court as to the condition of the house, should I choose to go that route. They also hired a carpet cleaner, the same one they REQUIRED me to use earlier in the year. He allegedly said there was dog urine on the carpet and it required 2 ozone treatments. My dogs NEVER urinated in the house. My housekeeper will also testify to that. STAY CLEAR OF ANY PROPERTY THEY RENT! They are jerks when you ask them questions, they accuse you of things that are not your issues, and they keep your money. Additional issue the FHA had to step in on: I have 2 emotional support dogs. When I was renting, they had a form which was ILLEGAL, for my doctor to sign saying she would testify in court if it became necessary, that my dogs were emotional support animals! I was told by the FHA that they had issues in the past with Landmark and they had just re-educated them but would go in and re-educate them again. These people think they're above reproach. Tell me how you have a computer program Taylor made for your company's billing.....yet can't track what property money was applied to! Or no receipt number or phone number on C.C. receipt. Ding ding...person who doesn't want to return money they illegally acquired? Person that want's an excuse of...we can't track it? Ok, then, your billing employee Ms.Sheets is not trained, obviously if she doesn't know the fee applied to creidt or debit cards, there's a problem. Know the business you work for, at least their website. Make your excuses but bottom line for 20 years in business you should have a solid system down and if not, your leaving holes for excuses for your foul play. Sorry for the poor individuals that have to live in these ghetto rentals. Projects look better than any of their rentals.

I was told by her more than once to drop certain requests to have the sellers fix problems with the house. She kept telling me that one of the sellers is about to die and that I should go easy on them. As result of that I still have problems with the house that I can't fix until I buy tools and equipment. But by far the worst problem I didn't discover until I moved in. Morris' inspector failed to see that there is a four inch deep puddle of groundwater twelve feet wide in the crawlspace. I already pumped it out once but it came right back which means it is a persistent problem that has been there a long time. Patti's response to this was that everybody lives with water in their crawlspace and so should I. She also mentioned the former owners health has gotten worse - I'm not kidding, she actually said that. Not only does Patti hire incompetent inspectors, she herself could care less what happens to her clients by downplaying important issues and creating distractions unrelated to a clients best interests.
