When I first needed my machine inspected, Scott came out and gave me valuable information that I didn't know about my machine. He is thoural and will do his best to get you what you need for a reasonable price. My next interaction with Scott was when my machine stopped working in the middle of a rush. I didn't have an appointment, but he came out right away and fixed it. They are no longer making parts for my machine, so he said he would look overseas to acquire them. If he couldn't get them there, then he would get me the most reasonable deal on the next upgrade. I feel like Scott's prices for services are reasonable and affordable, especially since you you are getting someone who REALLY knows their stuff!!

Josh spent two days on my washing machine. He did not seem to know what he was doing. He spent…read moreabout an hour sitting on my couch looking at his computer to try and figure out what was going on. I did not invite him into my living room. He just sat himself down. He eventually said that the reason the washer was leaking was a tiny pinhole in one of the tubes. There was no way that little pinhole created the amount of water that came out of my washer. Then he replaced the tube with a dirty old tube that he said was "in the bottom of (his) truck for a couple years. Yuck! He never did fix the problem. Then he had the gaul to charge me $321 and tried to tell me it was residual water pouring out. He phoned me back five consecutive times to try to convince me of this. He talked to himself constantly and interrupted calls I was on by just talking over me. He did this twice without even saying something like "Excuse me, may I interrupt?" He went walking into my bedroom, where I was taking those calls without even asking! While I was on the phone he just started talking over my conversation. Horrible! Rude beyond belief and I really think he must have very little in the.brain department.
