We needed our basement clean because it was so dusty and dirty from the construction of the house…read more We had several companies come out for a quote and we chose Cincinnati maintenance. Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

Everything was left spotless and her cost was more than appropriate. She also went above and beyond. There were things that I needed to carry out to the dumpster and she helped me for at least an additional hour taking them out. She also did little things like cleaning out my vacuum that were not a part of what I originally requested. I appreciate how much time she spent and how much effort she put into everything. Anna's communication and responsiveness was great, unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about the service. She was able to quickly schedule me the next day. I requested that she arrive at noon. She finally arrived at 12:30 resulting in my husband having to join a conference call for while showing her around. With no notice that she was running behind other than a message saying she would be there "soon". There were several things left undone. Such as rugs left flipped up, placemats scattered, bathroom tray was left turned upside down and everything was rearranged. Flower pots and pictures were moved around, toothbrushes were off the chargers, chairs were left pushed out and all of the cushions were just thrown on the couch. My cleaning supplies were also used and a bottle of Mr Clean power spray is missing and the pledge was left on one of the bedrooms. (Which is hard item to get right now) I have not asked her to return and do not plan to do so. I included some pictures to show the sloppiness.

Russ stated they had some equipment damage the day prior to my original appointment and he felt that was what caused the problem with the dirty water not being sucked out. As before, they arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They re-cleaned everything and added a deodorizer this time and it did dry in just a little over a day. Although the carpet is now clean, it still has a slight odor to it that I hope will fade in time. I believe Russ did everything he could to try and make the situation better and I appreciate his efforts.
