    I'd like to start by saying that up until today, I have NEVER given poor reviews. This experience was/is beyond frustrating to the point that I find it necessary for others to be aware of this problem. When I brought my Jeep in for repairs in January, MAYDA URENA was amazing at communicating with me and the technician. She is the only part of my experience that deserves praise. She was quick to reply and knowledgable. My Jeep needed several repairs. One of which was that my airbag sensor continuously goes off. It was found to be an electrical issue tied to a recall. My vehicle was in for a few days and Mayda mentioned the possibility of a loaner car. I ended up getting my Jeep back in enough time that it was not needed. There seems to be a disconnect between each member of the team... [Communication Problem #1] One MONTH after receiving my Jeep back, I received multiple calls regarding a loaner car (finally?) available for me with no understanding that it was way past the point of being needed. I was given attitude by the woman regarding my delay in response. [Communication Problem #2] For a recall on my vehicle (which would repair the airbag sensor issue), a part needed to be ordered back in January. I finally received a call from Nicolette in March telling me the part was in. I called back only to get a computer system, which successfully scheduled an appointment for me. I brought my Jeep in the night before my appointment. I then received a call from Nicolette the morning of my appointment trying to schedule an appointment for me. When I told her an appointment was made and my vehicle was already there she seemed confused and claimed that perhaps more parts had just come in... [Communication Problem #3] That afternoon I received a call and text that my Jeep was ready to pick up. Before I even checked out multiple employees behind the desk were asking me to complete a survey about how the experience was... prior to me even seeing my vehicle (this was very off putting). I checked out and drove home. Before even making it back to my house the airbag sensor went off. *THE REASON MY JEEP WAS BEING REPAIRED!* To this day my vehicle still has the original problem of the airbag sensor going off. [Communication Problem #4] I am most frustrated with the fact that I have received feedback requests via email and text DAILY and when I reply with my feedback and displeasure regarding the service there is absolutely no follow up. "harlie@empirecdjr.engagemoreleads.us" emailed me asking how my service was on March 22. I guess I didn't reply in enough time because I received the same email again on March 23. I responded that the issue I came in for was not resolved and got an automatic reply 1 minute after my message sent. No response after that. I also received a text from "1 (833) 953-3617" asking for feedback, to which I responded, only to hear nothing back and then receive the same automated text message again the next day. (Screen shot included) I would never have chosen to bring my Jeep here had the issue not been a recall that would be repaired for free. However, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for service as the work I was told would be done on my Jeep was not.

    I purchased a used 2020 Durango RT with my daughter and have had nothing but horrible experiences with them. They have dropped the ball every time since the sale. Spare key we were promised never handled for over 4 mos. They promised to replace the 4 tires and it took 4 mos. to get them. When they finally were replaced the directional type tires were mounted backwards on the drivers side. I had to have a tire dealer who knows what they are doing fix that screw up by dismounting remounting and rebalancing them. Now the transmission is slipping and they say that they will not have a loaner car available until NOVEMBER !! How is that possible? Shady from day 1 and I did not think they could get any worse than the were but they have. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

    My salesman Justin P. was terrific! He showed me a few trucks that were close to what I was looking for but not exactly the one. He wasn't pushy when I told him I'd think on it. I later saw the truck I bought on the Empire website as in transit. Justin got back to me quickly with the full info and a fair price. Easiest new car purchase I ever made. Sean in finance was equally helpful. I've seen all kinds at dealerships and Justin is at the top of the list (Sean too). They're both honest, professional gentlemen. I'm recommending him to anyone I hear is in the market. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from the dealership. Thanks again for the top notch service and stress free buying experience.

    The folks at Empire CJDR were very easy to work with, very responsive and very helpful. The dealership was also very clean and they have tons of inventory (unlike some other dealers right now).

My 94-year-old mother-in-law went in alone to return her leased Hyundai Elantra. Her lease buyout was approximately $12,000. Instead of acting with integrity, the finance department "took care of her" by signing her up for a $21,000 loanjust to keep her payments at $300. They effectively overcharged a 94-year-old woman by $9,000 on a car she already owned the rights to. When I stepped in to resolve this, the experience went from bad to worse. The Director of Used Car Sales offered a low-ball trade-in of $14,000 for a car with only 7,300 miles--nearly $3,500 below the KBB value. When I pointed this out, he became aggressive and told me, "I'll give you a quarter to call them," mocking the situation. Prospective customers beware: 1 This dealership lacks the basic integrity to protect vulnerable seniors. 2 Their trade-in offers are insulting; you will get thousands more at Carmax, Carvana, or through KBB. We are currently exploring all options, including reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's Consumer Protection division. If you care about how your elderly family members are treated, stay far away from this establishment.

Our salesman Paul was helpful and straightforward with us. He and one of the managers did everything they could to get us to take the car home that day, which wasn't entirely a bad thing. However the stress began when it came time to sign papers. It was the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home, including us. We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.

It seems this dealership is living off its reputation from years ago; while the older positive reviews might have been true once, the recent negative feedback is 100% accurate to what I experienced. This was, without question, the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. Here is why: Arrogant Staff: The employees were dismissive and condescending. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected by a place trying to earn my business. The IT Glitch" Excuse: They use low advertised prices to get people in the door on busy weekends, then claim they can't honor the price because of an "IT mistake." I was shocked to see other recent reviews mentioning the exact same excuse--it's clearly a calculated tactic, not a technical error. Pricing Games: Unlike every other modern dealer who will discuss pricing over the phone or provide a straightforward quote, this place hides the "actual" price behind layers of BS and extra fees. I bought a used VW EOS from them and within 6 months had to trade it in. What does that tell you? Manager in charge couldn't care less. If you have any problems, write to VW corporate like I did. For the first hour with him, he was visiably helping other people, trying to make multipel sales and bragged that he had customers all over the place to us. We were quoted 289 for a Tucson 2 days before we came in again to close the deal. Upper management and Dave Santiago gave an excuse and backed out of the deal and offered the car for $70 more per month. Feeling angry that they wasted 3 hours of my time and insulted my intelligence, I left while he tried to re-negotiate. This arrogant ...hole followed me out and dropped a few f bombs on the lack of class I had, even though backing out of a done deal is the lowest class you can portray. What a tool, avoid at all costs.
