Not even weekly. The rolls are okay, but in my opinion it's not the manifestation of rolls worldwide there. Standing in line can be fun, I don't have to tell you. But standing in line over the street for rolls ? Only if you need buying rolls as your first event on a sunny sunday morning. So, dear English-Qype-Community, toast is all right and breakfast without rolls is all right too, even in Germany. But if you are homesick and you want to stand in queue you are welcome!

On the former premises of Rob&Stephens you will now find Niko Lecuiller and his tasty creations. Some of the recipes remain the same, others are completely new and some have tastier ingredients than before - Niko only uses free range eggs, for example. I found all the cakes to be quite good, while the shop owner is always friendly and approachable. I certainly feel very welcome with all and any questions that I might have. As I said, the cakes are good. New creations pop out of the oven throughout the day, so it pays to ask if something will be done in a few minutes. The shop itself is at the time of writing a little bit chaotic, which, given the need to set into a routine, is understandable. I will definitely pick up some cake in the near future, and so should you.

Both were amazing. Coming from the US, I have pretty high expectations for cheesecake and this cute little cafe does a great job. The cheesecake filling is sweet, tangy and creamy, and the cheesecake crust is crumbly and delicious. The coffee and tea here are also good, albeit nothing too special. The main show here is the cake! I think you really cannot go wrong with any type of cheesecake which you order here. The price is a definitely a bit high, but sometimes it is worth it to splurge a bit for a nice piece of cake ;) Definitely worth a visit!
