The office is SO accommodating for my very nervous son. They meet him where he is at and respect his boundaries. They take the time to earn his trust and never try and pull a fast one on him. He actually can get his exam and a cleaning and it's such a relief to know he can get the care he needs. Dr. Aimee is absolutely incredible, the techs are all so sweet, and the front office is super helpful and even lets my kiddo peek at their office equipment. Most important of all, Doctor Chen is very gentle during a procedure, while the explanation/heads up before hand really helps to put one's mind at ease.
