As for the staff, they seemed a bit overworked, scrambling to keep up, but maybe at busier times they have more people? I don't know. The shower and rest room situation was a little odd, but workable - just kind of limited in capacity.

You can also go take a shower if you needed to and there's wifi for you to use. The staff were really friendly, helpful and are what make me love travelling with Air New Zealand.
