They worked with me on time and day, and it was really easy to set up an appointment. They are using technology really well when it comes to communications, paying and check in. Everything was super simple. I had a very basic word tattoo done, and it turned out exactly the way I had hoped it would. Erik was my artist and he said something that really stuck with me. When it was over he thanked me twice, saying, "Thank you for letting me do this." I know it's something simple but it hit home. When I want more ink, I would definitely go back and ask for Erik.

One of the first artists I came across was Charlie Cu. I scheduled a consultation with Charlie and he was very patient with me. I really had no clue what I wanted as I was not blessed with the creativity gene. We discussed some ideas and Charlie sketched it out until we both said "yeah thats it!" Charlie is a master of his craft, the ultimate professional and takes his craft very seriously - and it shows in his work. I HIGHLY recommend Charlie for your needs. You well not be sorry. We have now made an appointment at a parlor in Woodstock GA that takes appointments so my daughter won't be disappointed like this again. Horrible service, inexperienced piercers, and lack of acknowledgement for their mistakes. Never go here. I have 5 piercings and have never encountered that.

You'll hear the puppy borks before going it. I thought it was cute. It is nice and clean there, and I had no issues getting checked in. I am not from Atlanta, but I really liked Emily's style and was going to be in ATL for a concert. I sent her what I wanted, a simple palm sized symbol I wanted on my hip, and she showed me a couple of designs. I picked one and we were quick to get started. She had no problems repositioning my stencil after I changed my mind. It was exactly how you want your appointment to go. In addition to being super communicative and easy to work with, she had the lightest hands I've ever experienced. Easy line pulls and as little pain I've ever felt. It was almost magical. We chatted for an hour and came up with many ideas and was able to tie them all into one! I mean this piece was a big deal for me because it's symbolism to my father (who passed away December 2019) and my stepdad (who passed away December 2017). 5 weeks later I arrived at the shop and got ready for my tattoo. Taylor made sure that the size was right and centered before she transferred the stencil. Then it was go time! Taylor is so detailed in her work. From lines, to dot work, she killed it! 3 hours later, we were finished and the final piece brought me to tears! It blew my mind that I vibed with someone so well in an hour and she basically put all my emotions together beautifully.
