We really needed a place that took our insurance, so we brought my ASD son there when he was…read morestruggling. It is a clinic, and they treat you like clinic patients. When his therapist was the wrong fit, they would not make the change - you get what you get. Twice, they made appointments for a psych eval for him and never told me until they called to confirm the day before. Then they were annoyed that we couldn't rearrange our schedules to bring him in. When we finally got in to see the psychiatrist, he would spend 10 minutes with him to prescribe meds - very impersonal, and no blood tests or check-ins to see how he was tolerating his new meds. This place should be a last resort for families only.
