My journey started with an older home badly in need of updates. We called so many remodeling…read morecontractors and had a number of estimates. My experience with home repair contractors has typically been bad to extremely bad, so I had a great deal of reluctance with hiring someone to completely renovate the first floor to create an open floor plan. After getting several estimates from various remodeling companies, we discovered Elite Restoration and Repair. We scheduled an appointment with Sam Chase, the owner, and provided him with ideas on what we were looking to accomplish. After getting a very detailed and 3D modeled estimate, we made the decision to proceed with Elite. Everything about this company was an amazing and unexpected experience. Sam is a truly wonderful business owner, and his crew are some of the most professional builders I have ever met. Everyone was extremely polite, attentive and ready to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. I have never had a customer service experience to this level from any home contractor before. The quality of work was exceptional and I can't stress enough the professionalism and honesty the people who work here exhibited on a daily basis. Sam assured us that we would be happy with the end result of their work, and we definitely were impressed - and we can be very picky! Finally, my initial concern for the remodel was pricing. Elite definitely came in under our expectations and were very competitive when compared with our other estimates. Sam was also very flexible and reasonable with any customizations we wanted to apply, and we still finished our project on budget and ahead of schedule from a perspective of duration. Overall, Elite Restoration and Repair is without question the best home repair contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and at a very reasonable price. Sam is a unicorn in this industry, and will be my first choice for any additional work without question. I could not be happier with this team and the work they performed on our house! https://eliteohio.com/ https://m.facebook.com/EliteRestorationandRepair eliterandr@gmail.com

The owner was about as organized as Biden's worst stumbling speech. Getting a hold of him is often a wait game. If you want a real opinion from him good luck - EVERY response is "Sounds good, not a problem". Then with ZERO meetings and ZERO feedback about customers and co workers I was "let go" via text message at about 6pm with the phrase "sorry to be abrupt". Abrupt isn't the right word, unprofessional is. How is an employee to know they aren't performing as desired if they're given ZERO FEEDBACK? Having only smiles and laughs with fellow employee's, the owner, and praise from customers; I had no anticipation of being fired. It really leaves you wondering WTH?! when you're told all of a sudden "we're letting you go, you've been doing everything wrong". The owner and 2nd in charge, barely knowledgeable pup, are the MOST deceptive "professionals" I have ever worked under. When you can't trust someone's smile, its a bad sign.

I followed his advice and their adjuster said my roof was too old to repair so they authorized a new one. Ryan's crew arrived early in the morning a week later, moved my patio furniture and garden lights away from the house, placed tarps everywhere to catch debris and the roofing nails then got to work. His crew was fast working and efficient. Within an hour, the roof was stripped down to the decking and they started installing the new one. They finished around 4pm, cleaned everything up and were out of here. I have zero complaints and it was a job well done! Ryan, thank you, your crew, Darren and Karina!!! All of you were super friendly, nice and professional. Now stop reading any more reviews and hire this company!

I made the poor choice of answering my phone and speaking to someone after the same number called me numerous times. I also made it clear during the first phone call that I work in telemedicine and see patients all day, they asked to stop by the next day and fly a drone over my home after I was done with work while in my neighborhood. I was not home when they stopped by as I was picking up my dog from daycare, and I didn't care to reschedule as it was an unnecessary appointment as is. The company proceeded to call me 16 times from different numbers, leave me 9 voicemails, and 2 text messages over the span of 2 days. Absolute insanity.

Chris Buck was the project manager and unlike other experiences I have had was very attentive to ensure the project moved along smoothly and with quality work. He dropped off materials in advance so workers were ready to proceed upon arrival; he stopped in to check on the work at each stage to make sure quality work was performed and also was to my satisfaction. Communication was excellent, I always knew when to expect what to happen. I said my main goal was to have the room look brand new as though nothing had happened and that is exactly what they did. I am thrilled with their work and especially with the professional and pleasant attitude Chris displayed. They were recommended by my insurance company and I would not hesitate to use them again.
