The pedi cut down to the hyponychium, and the mani was merely a polish change. No soaking, cuticle removal, or cleaning around nails, and the polish was sloppy. I paid in full, and tipped only John 20% for the excellent massage. When I discreetly asked the manager about the procedures, she suddenly claimed not to speak English but managed to yell at me demanding I tip everyone. I explained that tipping is gratis, and the service was poor and incomplete. I wish it would have worked out, however there are many options around.
