Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes. Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.

Chance the owner was very timely, he assessed the damage, checked humidity levels, investigated the extent of mold, removed samples of the flooring material for further testing and coordinated with our insurance company on our behalf throughout the process. He and his team removed the old flooring and prepared the house for new floor installation. Chance also managed the sub-contractors during installation and final cleaning. In ancient Roman religion, Fides was the goddess of trust, faithfulness and good faith. Fides Restoration excels in each of those categories - a veteran owned company and a job well done! Thanks Chance!

Stanley Steemer - These two spots were found when I went to put the cushions back on the sofa!!! No one has even been here to sit on it yet!

My service was outstanding, Dining room chairs look like brand new... and they were BAD... Wife came home and was very impressed how awesome everything looked, especially the Kitchen tile, she could not believe how good the grout turned out with the grout painting that I opted for! Put a smile on the wives face... The next day when I was completing paper work on my new truck, she said anything you want babe ;)

I received a call at about 2 that their team were about an hour away but were having equipment failure issues and would 4 be too late. I let them know 4 would be fine. After an hour I received another call that the job was taking longer than expected and could they please come first thing the next morning. We moved our cars to accommodate their truck both days. They arrived at about 8 the next morning and immediately announced they could not clean the vents because we have soft ducts (I assume that means they are flexible). We were offered an option to spray a material that would coat and seal the microbes in place (ick) at an estimated cost of$4400!!! We said no thank you. I received an estimate later that broke down the costs and guess what was in that estimate? The original $230 to clean that they told us they could not do!!! Needless to say I am not happy! We will clean the ducts on our own with a soft brush and shop vac. We learned a lesson from this. To give credit, the updates were provided frequently, our neighbors who have the same exact configuration had a much better experience at 1/3 the cost and they had recommended them to begin with. I understand that equipment failures happen. I understand that an estimate is just that but to be off by over $4,000 is insane!!!

After calling a plumber for what I thought was going to be a simple maintenance repair, the chain of events that followed were nothing but mind boggling. A leak was discovered inside the wall that ran along the bottom of the wall and behind our vanity. Our plumber immediately suggested I call Wet Out Restoration, specifically. He said they know what to do and how to minimize the damage, and more importantly how to navigate the gauntlet that lay ahead. He's worked with them before and they are the only company he recommends to his customers. Steve was at my home within 25 minutes of us calling. He jumped right into action, explaining what had to be done and what we needed to do on our end. He installed five different devices that immediately started pulling water out of the area, and would minimize the water damage. More importantly, he was very understanding and sympathetic. Each day for the next four days, Steve came back and always had something informative and helpful for us to consider. Steve did something so unbelievably rare these days and something that so few people do, HE LISTENED. I wish Steve and the company continued success, you deserve every bit of it! Thanks so much!!!

They came to our property after we had water damage and brought equipment to address the situation. Then they took the equipment away, told us they would bring it back, and disappeared. No meaningful communication. No follow-through. No urgency. Just silence. Meanwhile, we were left with wet walls and mold. When you hire a restoration company, you are trusting them during an already stressful and potentially expensive situation. The bare minimum is to do what you say you are going to do and communicate with the customer. Wet Out Restoration failed us on both counts. What makes this especially infuriating is that they knew we were dealing with water damage. They knew the property needed to be properly dried. They knew they had taken the equipment away. They said they would return it--and then they ghosted us. We were left dealing with the fallout while trying to figure out what to do next. This is not the kind of company I would ever trust with my home again. If you are considering hiring Wet Out Restoration, I strongly recommend that you ask very detailed questions about exactly what they will do, what equipment will remain on-site, how long it will stay, and what happens if something goes wrong.
