Last fall (2017) I scheduled a time and paid for service ahead to winterize...technician never showed. I called the office, they said they would have someone call me to sort it out...never called. This year I want to repopen the system, scheduled another service again thinking I would give them another try. I receive a call saying my appointment was cancelled. I called and they told me they would not service my system and that I owed them $300 for the same appointment that they they stood me up on...keep in mind, I paid in advance $70 and they didn't show up. Confused I told them they had not even done any services my house, let alone $300 worth. I told them they had me confused, they said they had not and hung up the phone on me. These guys are unprofessional, run a poor office and just need to be not used...you've been warned...these guys are a mess

They finally showed up fixed the heads but swung and missed on the valve issue. I returned home 2 days later and had the exact same problem. Called them back and again waited several weeks (without a zone of service). Finally returned and it took the tech well over an hour to fix what turned out to be nothing more than a sticky valve. Of course I was charged for every minute. After 2 visits and several hours of "work" my final bill was almost $500.00!! I contacted the company and requested an owner give me a call...no call, no adjustment to the bill. Never again. My advice is to get a verbal estimate prior to waiting several weeks for them to even get to you...and then...good luck!

I called to ask them to return to fix their work, and I was told they couldn't come for two weeks. When I explained that this was an unacceptable amount of time to wait for something that we'd already paid for, I was told that "the best they could do" is put me on the cancellation list. Fortunately, I found another company to come out right away and fix the problem correctly, but I've now paid twice for the same issue. We paid them $325, and I requested a refund in the amount of $169 (for labor and the service call ~ I offered to pay for the parts). The company refused to pay this amount. Bottom line: this company does not know how to handle complaints and conflict. I gave them a chance to make it right. But instead of trying to rectify the issue quickly and professionally, they've made it worse. It appears as though this company used to be reputable. However, upon talking with several other people in the area who've used them recently, I think they've bitten off more than they can chew with the amount of new clients they've taken on.

The sprinkler system required heads to be replaced and for one of the lines to be moved and replaced due to a leak. I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. The man, Ed, was respectful and was productive from the moment he started the job. He was efficient with his time. After he replaced the pressure vacuum breaker, he had to test the sprinkler system. That was when he discovered the leak in one of the sprinkler lines, and he identified which heads needed to be replaced. He was transparent with the required work and the additional cost that was associated with it. I really appreciated that about him and his irrigation company. I would definitely recommend this irrigation company for those of you looking to fix/maintain your home's sprinkler system.

However, our last experience July 2022 was a little ridiculous on the rate. All that was repaired was a swing joint and rubber gasket ($14 parts). Here for less than an hour. We were charged $202 for labor! I was completely shocked especially since in 2019 they looked over entire system, here for more than an hour and the labor was only $135. NEVER discussed with us how much it would be! I would highly suggest asking them how much it will be before them proceeding with the repair. We are going elsewhere this year because we cannot afford their labor. It is understandable that everything has gone up. BUT it would be better business if they discussed their rate, prior.
