Cannot fault the food, steak was the best ever I have had in Geelong hands down. I went for the Kobe Cuisine Wagyu Scotch Fillet. Cooked to perfection, you could've cut it with a butter knife.
The hand cut chips, wagyu fat, rosemary sea salt were delicious, I made the mistake of ordering an additional side and was way too much food for me. So they packaged it up so I could take it home.
Berry sorbet with balsamic grilled strawberries, clove meringue & micro basil was refreshing and light and the perfect way to top off the meal.
