They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. After vetting a few contractors I decided to work with Anthony in 2019. His crew was fast and did great work. 1100 square foot addition with most of it being a mother-in-law unit. Fast Forward to November 2024. My house was hit hard by the Bomb Cyclone. Dealing with the insurance was a headache I was not familiar with. Anthony really helped me out keeping the repairs under the budgeted amount from my insurance company. I trust Anthony and him being honest and up front with repair costs. Long story short, I requested that all of the new connections be made in boxes that were accessible, such that if there is ever an issue, the connection points are easily discoverable and accessible. Despite the communication, the net result was that they left 2 hidden connections in the ceiling, and what's worse, they used 14 gauge wire on a 20 amp circuit. While communicating about the boxes etc, they were not honest on 2 different occasions; once where I had to push back for them to expose a connection that was hidden, and another time when I discovered the hidden connections they created in order to expose a connection in box. I had another electrician come out to fix the issues after I discovered the hidden connections and 14 gauge wire. Now, for what is worth, I don't know how much the issue stemmed from Rocky or the crew he had on the job. If they just did the structural work and the drywall, I'd easily give them 5 stars, but because of the unfortunate experience with their electrical work, I had to bring it down to 2 stars. If they just did electrical, I would have easily given then 1.

They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn't unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a 'hub' area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.
