My mistake was paying him for the portion he finished and not waiting til complete. It appears to me most labor will go where they will make the most money and forget about you if they must return or they get a bigger job the next day! This is the reason I rated him 3 stars. I'm very disappointed that he won't even return calls. My yard is super tiny. They completed the clean up in one and a half hours and charged me $250. To me it's a high amount. Labor at $100 an hr and higher in this area is EXPENSIVE!!!!!! I even had one firm quote $700! Perhaps if they were landscaping my yard and installing a patio!!!! That's insane!!!' I'll try and post a pic of my 10 ft wide by 20 ft long yard. This is why I think the garden labor in Redmond and Trilogy is ASTRONOMICAL!!!! They gave me a good bid for fiber cement board siding. I will admit some problems were due to my communication errors; and another challenge was I was not in the state when the project was going on unfortunately. There were however, problems with returning my exterior fixtures back to the locations that they were before the project began (flag mount hose mounts, solar lights, circuit breaker box ground wire covers) I think my feedback for them for their future work, would be to take video or pictures pre and post and compare to make sure everything is cleaned up and returned as expected (so The customer doesn't have to bring it up to them).

Nathan is by far the best general contractor I've worked with. This is my 4th major house remodel…read more I'm convinced Nathan's quality and meticulous attention to detail shows as the project gets bigger. Almost anybody can set a toilet, but I've seen Nathan do so many detailed finishes and find creative solutions to our demanding design that I'm not sure he has limitations. I like that, unlike most of the contractors we met with, I could shop around for my own finishes without his mark up. When needed, Nathan would use his contractor discount for us to purchase at cost. Nathan is also super easy to work with. Like any project, adding items after the scope of work is agreed on can significantly increase the price. After all, they are already in your house, they (the typical general contractor) know you aren't going to want to shop for a better price and it's going to make sure it's worth their inconvenience if they have to squeeze you into their already tight schedule. We are so lucky to have Nathan working with us. He did so many extra random jobs that required his skill but without the inflated cost. At this point, there's nothing I wouldn't trust Nathan to do, and for a reasonable price, as long as he told me he could do it. I'd pick him again without question and recommend him to friends.

We have a 1925 house and asked Nathan to replace all of the carpet and linoleum on the main floor with 18 inch porcelain tile. This included a sunroom, living room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. His bid was $2000 less than the other bids and he accepts credit cards. These were both deal breakers that, otherwise, would have prevented us from doing the project ... AND it included new, painted baseboards which the other bids did now. Additionally, other bids asked that we move all our appliances out of the kitchen and the move the toilet. We only have one bathroom. Nathan kept both our kitchen and bathroom fully functional throughout the whole process. It was always fun to see where the fridge would be when we got home from work each day! Nathan ran into a few snags. He had to raise the front door (you can do that?!), level out the sun room with cement, and work with very "wavy" tile. These set backs meant that rather than the estimated 5 business days, the project stretched to 8. He didn't charge us anything additional! He was more concerned with giving us a perfect floor than getting the job done quickly. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with Nathan's work and will call him for all future home needs!! THANK YOU for making this project possible!

They all have more work than they can keep up with and often times, companies are booked months-to-years in advance. We've had quite a bit of work done to our home (and done quite a bit ourselves) but we knew one thing we would need to call on a professional for was painting the exterior. It's brick and in its 67 years of life, has never been painted before. I was fortunate enough to have an awesome realtor who recommended and introduced me to Dave at Market Ready Paint Co. (For the record - my realtor uses him too!) First things first - pricing. I received multiple estimates from reputable places and estimates from places with high-pressure tactics (I've also been ignored by a few places which couldn't be bothered). Dave's prices were some of the best we received and he uses really high quality products. We really wanted to get miles for such a big purchase and he let us use our credit card too (which no one really does). Next up - workmanship. Dave has some of the best work ethic and attention to detail I've ever seen. Imagine you're painting your own house- how closely would you watch each brushstroke? Dave worked as if this was his home, going above and beyond to make sure he was 100% thorough. There were some ants outside - he went ahead and sprayed for us. There were some crazy weeds in a few of the window sills- he took care of those too. Painting brick is really hard, especially when it's the first time- but that didn't stop him from hand-rolling on two coats of primer to make sure it was done correctly and the brick was sealed. Our house looks amazing - like a brand new house. I'm so happy with how it turned out! Lastly, when you hire someone to do a job, to help you add equity to the most expensive thing you've ever bought, you hope they are respectful of the task and of being invited into your life/ home. Dave is without a doubt one of the nicest and most sincere human beings I've ever met. I was having trouble finalizing the color (outdoor greys are so tricky!) and he was beyond patient and understanding. He let me swatch 13 colors so I could make up my mind!! In fact, we decided to paint the trim ourselves to save a few bucks and when I asked if we could just pay him to paint the section we couldn't reach, he said 'I'll just come help you for a bit'. He ended up spending the entire day helping us, showing us the proper application and technique and sharing his tools and supplies - out of the goodness of his heart. No one does this! And don't just take my word for it- when I went to the paint store to get some extra paint and mentioned his name, every employee there told me how nice he was and what a hard worker he was. I will never use another painter for any job. Any time, any where, no matter what- Dave is my guy. If you're smart, do yourself a favor and go with him!
