Gil & his father (also Gilberto) are professional, diligent, reliable and do exacting work. They've become very busy since I first used them, so don't despair if it takes a while to get on their calendar, they are worth the wait. I had them do a loose gravel barrier around my house which also entailed burying downspouts and directing them to an easement drain behind my neighbors property. I then had them carry the gravel to the back yard for a loose stone patio extension and it all came out fantastic! I still have plantings to do but as I haven't determined exactly what I want, I'm waiting until Fall to have them come back and fill out the rest of the project. I definitely recommend them, even if it takes some time. Patience will be rewarded, they are my go to guys for all things landscaping from now on!

While I was standing outside my car talking to a friend, one of their workers came from behind the car next to mine and blew grass clippings directly into our faces, into my open car, and all over my dashboard, floor, door panels, clothes, shoes, and hair. We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.

Here I am a year later and my garden and concrete still look like crap. My Townhome HOA management…read morecompany decided to keep Baxter Landscaping as our gardeners even after the many complaints from me and my neighbors-with pictures as back-up. I think that my management company must be getting a reduced rate and pocketing the money. Baxter left my grass and garden unattended and uncared for about 8 months. I saw them working on some properties but they seemed to constantly skip mine. The leaves from the fall wrapped around the bushes, strangling them and drying them out. Franklin the field manager is of no help, in fact I was behind the venetian blinds looking out and heard Franklin tell the worker to "Leave It" just as he was preparing to work on my small patch of grass in the front. Baxter did not touch any of my property but did my neighbors. I realized that it is Franklin who is telling the workers to skip some properties. My property has been excluded for many months and it looked like an abandoned townhome. My HOA dues went up markedly which I have paid faithfully for two years and this is what I get for my money. Please look at the pictures. I had to call my management company to force Baxter to come and clean up my garden and overgrown grass. They took out two large hefty bags of debris.
