The next day I called another Locksmith (Nature Coast) they were out the very same day and was able to fix the broken lock and now I can open it without it being destroyed. You couldn't use the emergency manual release. Broken spring can't lift a heavy door by hand. I called Precision and I was scheduled for a technician to come out between 4PM and 8PM. The Tech arrived at 7:30PM and listened to my garage door story then began to replace torsion springs and rollers with bad bushings. My garage door hardware was 40 years old with 40 summers of 100° heat in that garage cooking any plastic part. Did I want to spend what I spent on this job? Nope. Did I spend it anyway? Yep. They had all the parts with them Stephen and Georges with the technicians that came out they were very professional. They went that extra step without being asked. They were very clean. I found them to be consistent in price with everybody local to my area. And I would highly recommend them on a personal note. They did not try to oversell me anything, and took an inventory of what they thought was wrong and let us make the decision as to what we wanted fixed. I don't think you can ask for more than that.
