He provided his report on the work to be done in a timely manner. The Proposal cost for the job was extremely equitable so I signed with his company. He and his assistant, Jerry, arrived on schedule to do the work, which took seven hours to complete. Mr Reilley restored and replaced the panel in the garage on a horribly hot day yet never complained. He and his assistant were very kind and professional and helpful. I'm not an electrician, but I managed two electrical companies when I was in the business recovery profession. First place I called but didn't return my call for 24 hours. Second place was professional and sent someone out who was very nice and agreed with my determination of issue. No charge so far. Feeling good until he gave me estimate totals. No breakdown of parts; labor, tax, etc. LOWEST PRICE was $1890.00! And it would be Tuesday before job could be completed. NO WAR x2! My brother is a retired purchasing manager in high cost Austin, TX. He had the exact same part failure and said the tech took 45 minutes and charged him $500 for parts and $800.00 for labor. Said it was a book rate which is BS. He felt ripped off. Third time was the charm. A friend called an electrician who recommended Pattie Electric in Zephyrhills. I called on Tuesday, and told them I pre emptively ordered a Brushless DC motor, ECM control, 1050 rpm. I spent the day finding a cross reference for my Zhandou Road CCP POS. I took a chance based on specs and the only photo which is attached. Pattie had a rep here an hour after I called. He questioned my analysis but the motor was there and he was also. Let's go! An hour and a half later I had A/C! Total cost was $300.00 for upgraded X-13 motor and $210.00 for service call and install. I saved $1400.00 and did not reward a crook. I contacted Tim Martell in December of 2024 to have him re-wire my electric panel; which he did…read more Then, I had to have him come back to hook up my well pump because it was not re-hooked up. Recently (about a month ago), I had to have my septic pumped. When I did, they informed me that the electric pump was not hooked up to the electrical box, therefore not working! They advised me to have an electrician come out to look at it and hook it up. So, I immediately called Tim to come out to re-connect it, as it was previously working. When he finally came out, there was a huge ant pile around the pump station. Tim advised me to get rid of the ants and call him back - which I did immediately. Since then, we have been going back-and-forth with his and my schedule. I am a widow, raising my grandson. I take him to, and pick him up, from school during the week; so my availability was limited during the school week. I let Tim know that, since my grandson was out of school last week, I was totally available if he could come out. He never did. This morning he left the following message: "I will go ahead and come back to you just to finally get this out of the way but I had already left the area your hours have made it very difficult for me to be in the area when you are available." Well, I took offense to his text. I have been more than patient and kind regarding his return and felt that he was being disrespectful. I was going to pay him a $150 service charge to come out and fix what hadn't been done in the first place! I would definitely NOT recommend Tim to anyone!
