I have ZERO record in my call log of any call from your office.I have ZERO voice mails from your offices. I have all of this in my digital footprint.The kicker is also have a digital record of an appointment confirmation at 6 pm Monday night so I could tell you I am confirming the appointment.I also have a digital record of you asking me to begin the exhaustive check-in process online which I did yesterday. So everything we have a true record of indicates I had an appointment this morning. Doctor Hilbert gave me detailed info about my diagnosis and treatment plan.
