I have used Emerald City Law (Lauren Wegener specifically) for multiple infractions I received. Driving a sports car, I get singled out often, even when driving with the flow of traffic. ECL has helped get multiple infractions thrown out for me. They haven't lost once. Unfortunately, tickets like this are the price of having a fancy sports car, but knowing that ECL will take care of these BS tickets gives me a lot of peace of mind.
