The man opened the door for me and my wife, he was a big help. We noticed he had a service dog and the dog was obedient, quite, and so was the man. The lady had a smirk and told the gentleman with the service animal to leave and said dogs were not welcome here. He looked military, could you imagine how that must have felt. Being told that you your wife and your service animal were not welcomed there. The man was a class act. He stood up, turned 90° and walk right out. I had three treatments done during my visit -- an acne pass, a fractional laser, and a peel. Michelle is absolutely wonderful. She took her time to really listen to my concerns, thoroughly analyzed my skin, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Before we began, she numbed my face to ensure the process was as smooth as possible -- and then we got to work! My skin is currently in the healing phase (which takes about 5-7 days), so I'll hold off on posting photos for now, but I'm already excited about the results. Also, her space is so cute! They ignore her completely and schedule her with the only male there. When she arrives the key lock entry is broken and she can't get in. Since there is no phone she just has to wait for someone. When she finds out the masseuse is male, instead of apologizing to her, the supervisor says "His hands are bigger so he will do a better job." What?! They have no idea what trauma my mom might have been through with a male. They pressure her (and bring the guy in the room I might add). There is absolutely nothing "therapeutic" about this place. I ordered a sports tissue massage and I walked out feeling pain free and just amazingly refreshed. She used a blend of numerous oils to just make sure every muscle was attended to and she put so much effort into every part of my body literally from head to toe. The price was consistent with other massages places but I feel it was for a better bargain here because of the various oils they use as well as the quality and how comfortable they make you feel.
