Both of them immediately responded "Alicia Lansford with Markham Realty in Huntsville!" Alicia sold my sister and brother in law's house and they were extremely happy with the job she had done for them. I contacted Alicia asking her to represent me. I shared with her my list of criteria for the home. She didn't even flinch. She went to work and soon had put together a list of over 50 listings. I was able to peruse these online and ask to see the ones that appealed to me. We looked at several properties and Alicia found "the one" for me! During the process, she communicated often and kept me informed about what was going on. She put me in touch with an awesome mortgage broker, and a couple of super inspectors. We closed on time and everything went very smoothly. I feel like she got the best deal for me almost as if it was her own money being spent. Here's the bottom line, I recommend Alicia Lansford and Markham Realty. If one of my family or friends engages Alicia as their Realtor, and for some reason are not satisfied with the job she does for them, I'll pay her commission. That's how pleased I am with Alicia.

Alicia Lansford gets 5 stars, 10/10 from us…read more On our recent hunting land purchase, working as our buyers' agent, Alicia provided informed guidance, careful curation of potential properties, convenient showings, clear interest in understanding our goals for the property, and aligning her counsel with those goals. Even though the properties that we were most interested in considering were an hour or more from her office, she was extremely accommodating to us in scheduling showings. She even hiked the property lines with us, spending the time we needed to gather information as we evaluated our options. Alicia was clearly focused on our needs, and did her very best to ensure that our goals were met from initial property view through closing. She gave us wise counsel regarding practical considerations of crafting and negotiating an offer to purchase, arranging utility transfers, managing insurance and tax considerations, and ensuring that so many more important details were properly addressed. Alicia is a very capable Realtor, and has special expertise in land transactions so she was a great fit for us. Laws and traditions on land deals differ by state, so our previous out-of-state experience was of limited value in Texas. She has encyclopedic knowledge of the intricacies of land transactions - leases, easements, mineral rights, acreage valuations, timber and agricultural tax valuations, and more. Alicia Lansford we can recommend with enthusiasm and without reservation. You will be pleased to work with her.

Communication was top-notch, and pretty much everything negative that Leann mentioned, we had the absolute opposite experience. We bought our home with Mari Realty in early 2016 and our agent was Rico Rodriguez. Right off the bat, the guy was very honest and straightforward with us. We were walk-ins around the evening and he showed us a home that very day. We told him what we liked and didn't like and saw a few more houses. Within a week, he found us an amazing house to suit all our needs. Granted, the house needed some work to be totally move-in ready, but Rico was very informative on how it could be done right and recommended us an awesome contractor. Rico was there every step of the way to make sure all was done correctly. Also helping every step of the way was Mari. She has an absolute go-getter personality and she will do whatever it takes to get things done and will not wait around AT ALL. We were just in awe of her passion and persistence throughout the whole process. You need to be ready to move if you walk into her establishment, because there's no turning back. It's now over 2 years later and we still talk about Mari and how great she was. I should also mention we are still in the house we bought with her assistance and it is going very well! We could not be more grateful and would highly recommend Mari Realty for any of your realty needs!

From day one she was very professional and up front and helpful with the entire process of the listing and the sale. We received a contract on the house in May of 2018. Without giving to many details we finally closed on the house yesterday 1-31-19. There were so many issues that came up that Celeste helped us get through with the state, the county, mortgage companies, probate, inspectors, did I mention the state!!! (again and again). I had no clue what to do for the most part and Celeste stepped right in and pretty much handled every entire situation that came up. Cant explain how much we appreciated the help and professionalism from Celeste. Not to mention that she went above and beyond her duties to make everything go smooth. Days, nights, weekends and even on holidays she would contact me and update me with the good the bad and ugly news. She even got on the phone with me and the state many of times trying figuring out what they wanted from us. If it wasn't for Celeste we would have been lost!! If your in need of a professional, honest and competent realtor do not hesitate to give her a call. You will not be disappointed!!! Hats off to you Celeste!!! Thank you again, JC
