They offer knowledgeable, friendly advice on the combination of frames and matting which would enhance the subject, usually offering several ideas for your consideration and selection. The framing is always flawless, and usually available in about ten days, which is a fairly quick turnaround in my experience. The price is more than reasonable, being an excellent value, and I like that I help support a small business rather than a big-box retailer. For framing, it doesn't get any better than Orbit Art.

My mom and I both got Onyx stone bracelets which the lady at the store was nice enough to explain the meanings for--Mines meant grounding, protection, and self-control, and as a shield against negative energy. The lady even taught us how to use the singing bowls which are used for healing and meditation. The tea towel I liked very much had no label and no price tag on it, apparently was the last one in stock. The sales person refused to offer a small discount for its unkept, almost non-giftable appearance. He also did not even offer to gift wrap the many things I have purchased. When I asked for two boxes for the cups I bought, he said the boxes were only meant for clothing, even though I saw perfect sizes for the cups behind him. What kind of customer service is this? Just because the store items are cute, no curtesies are given to the customers? Ridiculous. I will not be shopping there anymore.
