They had her on injectable meds so skilled nursing facilities couldn't take her, but they were discharging no matter what. We made the decision to pick her up & drive straight to a ER in Dallas where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She literally had mucus all over her clothing from it running out of her nose. She was unable to walk & had to be put into my car. The negligence is unacceptable.
