Clinton, our piercing specialist, was exceptional. He took the time to ask my daughter if she had any questions and answered them with confidence and clarity, immediately putting her at ease. His professionalism and gentle approach were exactly what we needed. He carefully marked her ears and proceeded with the needling. My daughter felt a little lightheaded afterward, and Clinton was incredibly patient and supportive in helping her manage that. Beyond the excellent service, the studio's cleanliness and attention to sterilization were truly impressive. It's clear they take hygiene very seriously, which was very reassuring. When i walked into Liquid Metal and asked for Ty, he came out asked what i was looking for. I had my little sketch, as he was looking at it, the artists came over started to ask where and what style, they were feeding off one another and asking and listening to what i was looking for. it was almost like kids around a candy jar - they were excited to talk their craft. right away you can tell everyone of them still has the passion for the art and love creating. I knew i was in the right place when Ty simple said "this would be fun i'd love to work with you" the first session he took my idea and free handed my entire 1/2 sleeve, then inked in the outlines. This was a four session tattoo. Ty took what was in my head, what i put down on paper, as rough as it was, and turned it in to the most amazing piece of art. what amazed me the most was when he free hand drew it out that first day...he laid it out on my arm perfectly the first time. the fit, the layout the concept all matched what i wanted. We called ahead to see what their protocol was since all this craziness and they said they had available time. We were greeted by a super nice lady, she was pumped for the tattoo idea and we emailed what the photos over. It took longer for my mom to have them switch the font and the sizes around than it did for the actual tattoo. I was so pleased that Jerry took the time to say look, this is how it would look best from an artistic point of view. He didn't just slap a tattoo on and call it a day.
