The place was actually bigger inside than I had thought so. On the right side from the entrance, is where all the cute knickknacks are found--toys, mugs, cards, stuffed animals and birds, children's books, posters, and the like. On the left side is where a lot of more fragile merchandise is found-- glass orbs, ceramic ware, pottery, sun catchers, Vermont products and souvenirs, etc. At the back part is a whole clothing section where you can find souvenir shirts and sweaters, a wall of Crocs, and a variety of Minnetonka moccasins. And of course, green frog toys in all forms are also sold here. Stuff sold here can be found elsewhere I'm sure. But, this makes for a good stop in case you are lacking time to shop around and are already headed out for the ferry.

We…read moreplayed the course, and my son had a blast, he totally beat me fair and square and we were very thankful for the owners of Champs. The couple that runs it is incredibly nice. The interior store is full of beautiful Vermont items that are very tasteful. After playing our round of mini golf, I headed for my second visit to the porta potty behind their store. It was VERY clean.. but unfortunately my car key went flying down. After a slight nervous breakdown, the owners returned to the store with a big magnet and got the key out in seconds. He was very nice and cleaned/sanitized it for me. I felt like a dumb a$$... but was SO thankful for them. We would return for another round the next time we visit.... I just recommend leaving your car keys outside!

It's one of those tiny places that packs a lot of stuff into it. The people were friendly, but this isn't a cheap souvenir shop. The store has rooms upstairs and downstairs. If you are looking for higher end gift or something pretty for your home, this is a surprising shop to find something special. It definitely feels like a boutique that would be in downtown Saratoga Springs or even NYC, not a country road in the Adirondack region. The staff was friendly but not pushy. My mom and I browsed through, enjoying all the pillows, wall art, kitchen items, and even a kids toys/clothing/decor section. We were able to find a few nice gifts and picked up some soap and lip balm for ourselves.
