I discovered this little gem a few years ago, and have had the pleasure of Denise as my Colorist and Stylist. She takes the time to listen and explain to me all about my specific hair needs. She does not use any harmful products and knows how to get the right shade of blonde on me without destroying my hair. Not to mention, she will give you the BEST BLOW-OUT you have ever had. I have gone from blonde to brown, then back to blonde, and from longer hair to shoulder length to mid-neck length. Denise is truly an ARTIST when it comes to color and cuts. Ever since Bella Donna Salon has been under new management, this place has underwent a total makeover. Beautiful decor, large comfortable leather seating, trendy light fixtures, very upscale and classy. The time I have saved coming here has really been helpful for me because I have two babies at home and my time is extremely valuable. Rather than driving from hair salon to nail salon to esthetician, you can go from having your hair cut/colored to having a Pedicure/No-Chip Manicure, to having your eyebrows done or lashes if you choose all at the same place. After the hair removal she covered up the redness and used some of their product on her eyebrows. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be back. I'm so disappointed. When I got home and looked in my magnifying mirror, I noticed the entire area of my left cheekbone hadn't been waxed, the upper area above my lip and lower lip still had numerous hairs and the jawline was lots of peach fuzz. Also, I believe the full leg wax includes your toes and mine were not done. I think Kaylee needs glasses, more light in her room or more training. She only has you turn your head for the left face waxing. Easy to miss a lot that way. When hair is very light it is hard to see, but she's the professional?? It took an hour so I think she is brand new. Don't waste your money.
