His expertise, clear communication and quick repairs got our tenants back home in record time. He was even able to navigate asbestos remediation with his access to many talented experts. His painter didn't complete the job, ceiling was left cracked and it had to be finished by someone else. The worst part he wanted to bill us over and above quoted price because of the mistake his worker made. Went back and forth to get back to original amount, he tried adding extra charges, like admin fees? When we didn't pay on time wrote us an email threatening to put a lien on our home, all for a $300 job. That is an example of the worst customer service and poor quality.
