Please read this…read more.. So I called asking for a Swedish massage which is usually soothing. And I was set up with a masseuse by the name of Jason. The massage itself definitely was not Swedish. There were times where it was good and there was times where it was just rough. I kept informing the masseuse to go lighter but I assumed maybe he didn't hear me right. So when the session was over I asked to speak to Alicia which I believe is the owner and I expressed to her that the massage was not relaxing and that i infomed him over and over. She corrected him infront of me and explained to him he must read body language. The issue itself wasn't that the Massage was bad it was just rough and painful more of a deep tissue and I would recommend anyone who likes deep tissue to see Jason (oddly as it sounds when I used to work at the Massage center some people like rough massages) Thanks Alicia for understanding and taking care of the issue she was very apologetic.

I had a really disappointing experience at Happy Home Massage. From the moment we walked in, the…read morecustomer service was not welcoming, and I honestly got the feeling that the therapist didn't even want to be there. I specifically told her right away that I wanted medium-to-soft pressure, but the massage was much too aggressive. She also used an excessive amount of oil and kept drenching me in it, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself was not well maintained. There were holes in the walls, the door kept opening during the massage, and you could hear noise from other rooms because there was no relaxing music that u can hear playing in the room. It really did not feel like a clean, peaceful, professional spa environment. The price was $90 for 90 minutes, but unfortunately, I did not feel that I received the quality of service or experience I expected for that price. Parking was also not convenient, which added to the overall frustration. Very limited spaces and tiny area. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for me, and I would not return. Never again.

It is not a fancy environment, but what they lack in aesthetic appeal, they more than make up for in skill. The room was initially cold, but I asked for an extra sheet which solved the problem. The therapist checked with me about my preferred level of pressure throughout the massage, and it felt great! I think it was $69 for one hour of deep tissue. The level of skill was on par with massages that I routinely pay $100+ for, so I was very happy with the service. I cannot speak for any other therapists but mine was top notch so I recommend this place 100%!

The voice replied. "How much?" I asked. $50 the voice replied. When we arrived, they brought my friend back first into one room, and they asked me to go in there, not knowing we are friends, and I pointed to my feet and said water, hot water. There seemed to be some confusion, but they brought out a bowl of relatively lukewarm water. Then instructed to go into the room and asked to this robe, I did so thinking perhaps my experience in Los Angeles County must be different than protocol here in Riverside County. I did as instructed, though feeling a bit uncertain what followed could only be called an interpretation of what acupressure or a massage is supposed to be, and had approximately two measured cups of oil put on my back, kind of feeling like I was being based like a turkey. It only took a few minutes, and I knew there was no knowledge of acupressure or human anatomy for all intent in purposes. And leaving they changed the rate to $60 per person instead of the original 50, he indicated tip for her tip for me, so I put $10 for each to avoid confrontation, and to get out I could sense the pressure and it wasn't the physical kind needed on my feet. I don't know if these are the only two employees, but if there are other others, it would not surprise me that they would demonstrate the same lack of knowledge as the two that overcharged and hurt us.
