The grounds were immaculate, the staff did one heck of a job making the greenery look beautiful for this tournament. There were clear paths for people to walk around the course with ample seating and plenty of stops to grab beers and drinks while watching the tournament. There were several volunteers around the course assisting people to their seats and while the majority of them had absolutely no idea where to direct us, they were all nice and happy and you couldn't even be mad they had no idea where to send you. The parking here isn't great, not sure it even exists so we had to park away from the course and walk but it ended up being fine. Again, only came here for an event so I'm sure the set up and flow is entirely different when there isn't a big tournament going on but it was a very enjoyable weekend here and hats off to all the volunteers and staff who turned this course over from concert to tournament.

I went to cans and clams fun time great music and clams and food was good. I went to a wedding.. june 30 a very hot day. We were taking pictures at 4pm outside but first we went inside to register our etc. Come after the outdoor vows part we went back inside to cool off but there wasnt any cooling off. No ac was working although the waitresses said well its hot outside it takes time to get it cool. If I was the business owner and knew people were coming as early as 4pm I would have started that up at noon or earlier. By dinner time people were very hot complaining where is the AC??we suffered in heat for 4 hours. Well.. it wasn't working. We as guests knew this at 4pm. People came from out of town and the elderly as well for this wedding. Who wants to dance in heat and have a stroke. The waitresses said they had no stand up fans like one would think in a catering business just in case for this very reason. it's nice to have stand up fans as they have bands weddings and in case this should happen. They did not have any such thing. wow. I mean their in business. People did leave early and no one wanted to dance but those who did dint do it for long.Towards the end the ac was fixed but a little to late after the fact people left and was discouraged to have a good time. The food was great. The waitresses and bartender persevered in heat and they were attentive. I only hope they give a creditor refunded money to the couple wh0 paid for this hall.

I "En-Joied" it so, that I booked again with Theresa 2 weeks later for me and my 20 yr old for 3 days and 2 nights. Thank you Theresa. A++++

The course is not very long but…read morethere are so many blind tee shots and elevated greens that are tough to read, since obviously they can't be seen from 100 feet below the pin, 50 yards away. The course is always in beautiful shape, and the greens are always well maintained. I was also able to get a huge bloody mary in a to go cup at 10am from the bar upstairs. My parents live about 45 minutes south of the course and whenever thereis an event at their club we come down here to play. GPS carts are also very helpful and I think are needed simply for the safety factor of seeing how far away the carts ahead of you are on blind drives. It's always a pleasure to get back here to play. The staff is also top notch across the board, from the starter to the pro shop to the bar to the snack booth.

We were visiting a cousin in Binghamton while in-route to a meditation retreat in Quebec. I had phoned a day ahead from Bristol VA. A friendly man named Jim, said he would put my name on a Field and Stream 4 person Wilderness Lodge (tent) and hold it until we arrived. It was on sale from $160, regular price, to $120. I found the store and the people to be fabulous. The thinnish aisles filled with stuff would be any sportsman's dream. We went on to the retreat and set up our "Taj Mahal" as a fellow camper called it and slept quite dryly even during a rain. The tent included a 4x9' vestibule which was an outer flap which allowed us actually keep our suitcases outside the regular sleeping area. I extended a tarp from underneath the tent out the additional 4 ft for a nice vestibule floor where we removed our shoes before entering. Inside, 7' x 9' , we had plenty of room for two twin air mattress with sleeping bags. If I lived anywhere near the original Dicks in Binghamton, I would for sure be a frequent customer.
