The phones, fax, copier, printer, computers, job search. The really nice thing is that they have interviewing classes that will help you be a better interviewee. Like me I tend to get tongue tied and not sure how to answer some questions. They will teach you and help you with this and it is free. Since I have a spotless record, I figured I was set - financially speaking - for the holiday season. Unfortunately, this wasn't entirely the case: although my record was clean, it took longer than expected to pass (due to having lived out-of-state), and with the job market being what it is, my position was given to someone else in line, rather than the employer waiting an extra day or two for mine to clear. Being out of a job right before Thanksgiving was certainly frustrating. Having said that, one of Nesco's recruiters, Christian, immediately stepped up to the plate and covered me as best he could. Despite the fact that he was on Thanksgiving break, he kept me updated on the condition of my background check and kept an eye out for available positions. The fact that he did this on his own time and when he could've forgotten about work entirely to enjoy his vacation was immediately noticed by me and speaks volumes about the quality of his work. After coming back from the holiday break, Christian actually ended up finding me a higher-paying employer closer to home, who eventually asked me to return as a full-time permanent employee. If you're one of the many people who are in the same financial position as myself right now, I absolutely recommend submitting your resume to Nesco for consideration with multiple potential employers. They'll do whatever they can to find work for you, and if you prove your worth, a temporary contract can quickly turn into a permanent position.
