Amazing process. TSgt. Marler was super help and encouraging. TSgt Peluso made me feel valued and overall really great about enlisting.

I recently moved to the Phoenix area with no employment lined up beforehand. My search turned out…read moreto be a little more challenging than I thought. My family's business had used Kelly Services for temps to hire before so I thought I would give them a try. I have never used an employment agency before. I went to the Glendale office and was assisted by Paloma P. I gave her a copy of my resume and she said although she didn't think she had anything which was currently a fit for my experience, she would send me an email with assessment and most likely call me in later that week for an interview. The next morning I finished the assessment and didn't hear anything back from Paloma at Kelly in Glendale. I let about a little over a week go by and then I placed a follow up call. I was told by another in the office that she was at lunch and could she help me. I explained to her that I had spoken with Paloma and completed the assessment but never heard back. The person told me she had been very busy, but she would forward my message and information and have her get back with me. That was several weeks ago and guess what? To this day I have received absolutely no return correspondence back. You could say, well they didn't have any jobs that fit your experience right now, and that could be true. But for me what it boils down to is common business and professional courtesy. With absolutely no return of contact or a return of my second contact, to totally be blown off is a pure lack of any courtesy or professionalism. As I stated at the beginning of my comments, one of the reason I made the trip to Kelly Services was because we had used them before to staff our business and had success. Maybe all Kelly Services offices do not extend the same non professional courtesy, but my experience with the Glendale office certainly was of that. One thing I always did and learned in business was even if you can't help someone out, at least have the courtesy to let them know whether you can help them or not. It is just being considerate of another human being.
