No one answers .been calling daily.people looking for work and I never can talk to anyone

This review is for the West Phoenix Aerotek location at 2401 W Peoria Ave #140, Phoenix, AZ 85029. I interviewed with my recruiter, Arnold Ochoa, after responding to am ad on social media for Warehouse Associates in Tolleson, AZ. I was presently employed at the time and, since the West Phoenix location was close to where I worked and had what I though was a very successful interview. He promised to touch base with me but, after about a week had gone by without hearing anything, I followed up with him only to discover that I had not been succesfully forwarded for the job because, despite having 4 years as a Machine Press Operator, it was back in England in 2002, and his "Account Manager" ASSUMED that I would only last 2 weeks and then quit! WTF!!??? What right does this "Account Manager" have to say who can/can't do a job, especially when that person HAS EXPERIENCE!!!??? read more

Very unprofessional staff. I was on an assignment that ended early and attempted to reach my recruiter over 3 weeks without a return call or email. I even called other offices and couldn't receive a call back. I could possibly accept this if I wasn't qualified for ANY position however I am more than qualified and WANT to work. I applied at another temp agency and was immediately interviewed , hired and placed on assignment within 48 hours. All of my previous customer service positions REQUIRED follow up to voicemails and emails within 24 hours. It's obvious that this company doesn't believe in treating clients and customers that way. My family had the opportunity to work with Aerotek for the first time in the Chicagoland area. After signing up with them he was given a job within the first 3 weeks. He worked that position 4 months before we we relocated to Phoenix Arizona. He signed up with Aerotek in Phoenix and within 3 weeks he was given a position at a factory that he is currently still at. If your looking for work in this historical time where loss of jobs, day to day stress, grief, broken autos, paperwork, family and flat out stress and literally just anything on top of looking for work to support yourself I suggest you go somewhere else. Unable to make a test they recorded in my file a made up lies which I followed up on asking what was written/ was to be written. This all started when I asked to reschedule or withdrawal from a job. They refused to withdraw me from the job and refused to reschedule!!! They got really sick and nasty on the phone. Thugs! So with that they recorded negative and nasty bs lies. Stay away from this group of thugs and apply to the position or company direct. The only fail here is the thugs way they lie, have nasty mouths, and record fail at and false information. Let alone requesting multiple mes for the same personal information from onboard and the recuiter. Not sure what they are pulling there. read more

2401 W Peoria Ave #140, Phoenix, AZ 85029 Location I used to love Aerotek before I came to Phoenix and had a run with them. I interviewed for a position and they loved me and I loved the company. I had taken my drug test that Saturday. The following Friday I got a message saying it was still in the lab and that I would not be able to start Monday for the new job training. NEVER did anyone say I wouldnot be able to start AT ALL. Come to find out on Monday after I called them numerous times. They spoke with me just before they closed and told me I was not able to start the job. Mind you I had already quit my job and put my two week notice in. They said they would help me find another job and possibly figure out a way to help me with income but they did neither. They gave me ONE interview and did not tell me that I did not get it. Instead I had to call them. AND the other interview they promised they failed to tell me was already filled. They are a joke here. From the Managers to the Recruiters. Ive even contacted Employee relations and they haven't reached back to me. Someone needs to know how they are treating employees over there. read more

To begin they gave me a pretty decent job at Best Western Corporate Office. So I thought it would be a decent job. Well it turns out of you don't meet there standards they will let you go. Okay that's fine, BUT when you're in training still and have all the leads tell you, you will graduate out of training at the end of the week. You have high hopes right? Not at Aerotek, they let me go in a totally unprofessional way. A phone call. Apparently I missed the phone call and there was no voicemail or any other way to contact me by. I understand I didn't meet the requirements, but when you're told by everyone you will be fine, is Totally misleading. Totally an unprofessional company. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone looking for a job. They do not care about their employees or whether or not they can find them a job. I haven't heard from anyone from this agency in almost 2 months and their payroll department, Gaby, has no clue what she is doing. It's unfortunate and sad. read more
